This single-storey house, of about 60 m2, whose complete renovation was completed in April 2024, is the ideal place to put down your suitcases and enjoy all the charm of the Normandy coast.
The sea awaits you at the end of the street about 300 metres away.
You will have direct access to the Marcel Proust promenade where you can reach the city centre on foot in 15 minutes about.
La Thalasso is located about 10 minutes walk from the house still by the Marcel Proust promenade.
The cycle path is accessible directly from this same promenade and will be the starting point for nice bike rides.
For golf lovers, the Cabourg le Home golf club is located less than 1 kilometre from the house, as well as the aquatic centre of Cabourg (scheduled to open in July).
The house has a terrace and an enclosed garden with trees allowing you to park a vehicle and enjoy your meals outside.

The accommodation:
This pleasant and bright house has been completely refurbished.
You will find a fully equipped kitchen ((dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, Nespresso, induction hob, hood, utensils and crockery).

You will find in the living room a large 3-seater sofa as well as an armchair and a television.

The master bedroom has a 140x190cm bed and a large wardrobe.

The second bedroom has 2 beds of 80x200cm that can be assembled to become a large bed of 160x200cm, on which we add a mattress topper of about 5cm thick for more comfort.
It also has a large wardrobe.

The bathroom is equipped with a large shower of 90x90cm, a sink, toilet, an electric towel dryer and storage furniture.

All the windows of the house are equipped with electric shutters.

We provide you with household linen (bed, napkins...) and towels
(Towels) as well as a hairdryer and toiletries (shower gel).
On request, we also provide you with a baby bath, a changing mat (without table), as well as a travel cot
During the summer season, a garden table with chairs, deckchairs and a barbecue will allow you to fully enjoy the garden.

Everything is in place to make your stay in our pretty Normandy city as pleasant as possible.
