FAMILY FRIENDLY Updated 3 Bdrm, Sleeps 8, 6 beds, A/C, Hottub, SHARC PASSES !!!

Enjoy my beautifully updated single level home on Conifer Lane near Fort Rock Park. New laminate wood floors in main area and new carpet in bedrooms. Perfect location to walk to Fort Rock Park, SHARC or the village. Central Air Conditioning (hard to find in Sunriver), WiFi, New Hot Tub May 2023, 8 unlimited use passes to the SHARC pool/water park and to reserve tennis and pickle ball courts. Due to Covid-19, you must have homeowner passes to use the SHARC indoor and outdoor pool. I take pride in keeping my property updated, clean and maintained with high end linens and towels. Unlike many homeowners, I live in Bend should you need any assistance during your stay.

Perfect layout - large, bright Great Room with vaulted ceiling separates the Master Suite from the other 2 Bedrooms & Bathroom. The great room opens up to the kitchen and dining area. Vaulted ceilings and large windows make the rooms bright and cheery. The extra large sectional can seat a large group. Enjoy the new 65" Smart TV, TVs in each bedroom, and many games, puzzles and books. Free Wi-Fi included. Stay warm and toasty on cool nights with the gas fireplace. The house is backed by a large green space for an open view from the deck or living room and kitchen windows. The walking/bike path behind the house is close enough for convenience, but far enough for privacy.

The upgraded kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There is a propane BBQ located on the large deck that runs the length of the home and looks out onto green space and a walking/bike path.

The master bedroom includes a king bed with solid oak frame, TV, a master bath with granite counters, two vessel sinks, large shower with two shower heads, and walk-in closet. Second bedroom includes a queen bed with solid oak frame and TV. Third bedroom includes 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins) and a TV. All TVs stream Hulu Live with access to tons of shows and movies.

Location, Location, Location. On a quiet cul-de-sac, yet a short 15 minute walk to the Village Mall where you will find grocery stores, restaurants, and shops and a 5 minute walk to Fort Rock Park to enjoy the courts, play structures and picnic areas. Adult cruiser bikes provided. A very quiet place to stay, away from the railroad tracks!

Ideal for families- great place to stay

We were with a family group and had a few cabins rented. Our cabin was ideal for us with 3 bedrooms, great facilities, very clean, bikes kindly provided, great hot tub and of course lots to do including SHARC which the kids loved. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was a nice place. Not as well-appointed as some of the other homes in the area, but good enough for our 3 night stay. We couldn't find bath mats, and the kitchen could use some additional dishes, utensils. Location was perfect, and it was very clean.

This home was great. Had everything we needed, great location close to the park, AC worked well. Donna was very helpful and quick to respond when the front door lock’s batteries died - she came out and fixed it quickly while my family was at SHARC. Highly recommend

Family house

This house is perfect for family stays. There are two sets of bunk beds for kids and two other bedrooms for couples. It backs onto a bike path and is near SHARK recreation facility. Bikes in garage. Nice deck and hot tub.

Family Trip

We had a great trip with our family! We had two families (grandparents with us) including a 3 year old. The single level was perfect. The place was clean, bright, and a great layout. The location was great! A short walk to the park and a 30 min walk to the village. We will be back!

Nature recreation getaway!

We had such a relaxing and rejuvenating visit to Sunriver thanks in great part to our home base! The house is walking distance to the park, and a quick bike ride to the village. We loved having the bike path right out the back door and the cul-de-sac was great for scooting and getting to know our temporary neighbors. We went every day to the SHARC, and the location made it easy to stop by Bend a few times too to visit grandparents. This is a beautiful home and even more stunning in person - we would love to stay here again.

The house was even better than pics; large deck, lots of closet space, bright kitchen and family room. One level with privacy. Only 1/4 mile from Flat Rock Park but no noise from it:)). Kitchen well stocked.

My husband and I had a great time here. The house was perfect for us. The house was very clean and quiet. We were a couple, but a family would also enjoy it here. There was a very nice primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a well stocked kitchen, a bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with two bunk beds. I could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this house for your stay.

Fantastic Accommodations and Location!

It was exactly as described. Lovely home in a great location. All the amenities needed for a fun stay. Spacious, nice outdoor deck with barbecue. (We did not use the hot tub - 100 degree plus weather). Easy access to great walking trails and our family really enjoyed the SHARC swimming area passes. It was hard to leave this morning but guaranteed we will rent this property again in the future.

Great location in center of Sunriver and very responsive and kind host. Very nice house for a family vacation at a reasonable rate. Our only small issue was no lighting in the living room area, just needs a couple of floor/table lamps possibly added. The hot tub was a wonderful option to come home too. So many fun activities near by and Sunriver has many amenities right out your door. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Met Every Need

This place met every expectation. We have stayed at a lot of places in SunRiver over the last forty years and this was one of the best. Our grandchildren came over from Bend and spent a couple of nights with us and they loved the hot tub and room to spread out. The television was easy to figure out and we even successfully connected our Roku to their television with no difficulty. I love it when electronic devices are simple and easy to use. Then we had guest over following Christmas and had a full house with no issues and plenty of room.

Great New Year's stay!

The house is very spacious and clean. Kitchen is very well equipped and organized. Living room offers large sitting areas with new TV and cozy fireplace. Wi-fi connection and speed is great. On the deck there is a new jacuzzi with some nice functions like bubbles and jets. The house owner is very friendly and answers to your messages promptly. We love the house and the neighborhood. We plan to stay in there again sometime in the future.

Sunriver Gem!

We had a great time at Donna’s property. It’s a perfect location within the Sunriver complex - close to everything we wanted to do. The house is clean and well appointed, with super comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The indoor and outdoor living spaces have lots of nice seating and excellent amenities. Internet connectivity was reliable and strong. Donna was helpful and prompt when we communicated. We can’t wait to return!

Great house! Nice and clean with a good layout. Master bed is getting worn. Also house had no paper towels and was low on toilet paper. Other then that it was a very nice house in a good location!

I grew up in Chicago, graduated from the University of Illinois, moved to Portland in 1978, completed my MSW at Portland State and moved to Bend in 2009. This Sunriver home was my vacation getaway until moving to Central Oregon. I still enjoy Sunriver when my 3 children and their families come to visit. I love biking, hiking, cross country and downhill skiing, and all the year round activities in Central Oregon.

Why they chose this property

Sunriver is one of the top vacation sites in Oregon. Sunriver includes 40 miles of paved biking and walking trails, two championship 18 hole golf courses, tennis courts, riding stables, canoeing, rafting, a water park/swimming pool, fishing, skiing, hiking and scenic drives among volcanoes and the Cascade Mountains.

What makes this property unique

My property offers walking paths, biking paths, access to the resort swimming pools, tennis courts and to close by rivers and lakes for summer outings. The winter time allows renters to ski during the day and then snuggle up by the gas fireplace at night.
