We hope you will enjoy this 2 bedroom 1 bath located within minutes of all activities in the Iowa Great Lakes! Nice residential area. Your own place and your own deck with a gas grill! Full kitchen including a dishwasher. There is also a washer/dryer and an attached single car tuck under garage for the bikes! Nicely furnished! Off street parking for two vehicles or possibly a boat! Sleeps 4...two queen beds.

Great Stay

The apartments was beautifully decorated and had everything in it for your stay at Spirit Lake. It was close enough to all activities surrounding the area. Debbie and Denny were great host, would recommend this place to anybody.

A good place. Easy access to the Lakes Area from a quiet neighborhood. The second floor apartment-like accommodation is well-appointed, with a pleasant deck into a backyard. Hosts have provided generously for the ease, comfort, and satisfaction of their guests.

Nice peaceful getaway

Memorial weekend stay

Debbie and her husband are awesome people! Had absolutely everything you would need and if we needed anything else they would help us! The place was beautiful and clean and cozy still had a view of the lake and loved the deck all lit up even saw big turkeys and 8 deer that would come out! Was a nice quiet neighborhood and close to anything within 6 minutes even a dock you can go fish on open to the public. Would definitely stay here again

Cozy place

An excellent find in Spirit Lake! We stayed for 10 days and had everything we needed and more! The place was spotless and cozy, and made for a wonderful stay! Our hosts Denny and Debbie were so accommodating, and just a lovely couple! We will definitely be back for another Okoboji experience!

the time there was wonderful

Annual Getaway

We have been coming to the Great Lakes of Iowa for the past several years. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Debbie and Denny are very welcoming always checking if we need anything, making sure we are having a good time. This place is a must stay. Highly recommended.

Great Stay in Spirit Lake

The property was in excellent condition and the owners are very kind and responsive. They even contacted us to give warning about some construction along our route. I travel for fishing excursions a lot and it's challenging to find a nice place that also has ample parking. This spot had plenty of room for a trailered 20' boat and another truck in the driveway, and it's also a great location to Spirit and the Boji lakes. We'll definitely stay here again if I make it back up.

Our experience was outstanding. Getting to the place was easy and touching base with the Hostess to ensure timelines before arrival. Meet and greet and introduction was much appreciated! Beautiful place to stay ! The place was beautifully staged with amenities provided that one would never have imagined being there. The host and hostess provided and reviewed many amenities! This house was exceptional and immaculate. We felt right at home. We cooked our meals there and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The bathroom and bedrooms were such a nice size with great closet space. The owners were so helpful and kind. You could reach the owners if you had questions and they responded quickly. We would stay here again without hesitation. This location was only 15 minutes from Lake Okoboji and Arnolds Park. There were also nice places to shop in Spirit Lake. There was an extra bonus we appreciated, a garage!

Perfect getaway

We arrived at the rental and were greeted by the owners Denny and Debbie. I can’t say enough about how nice these individuals were! They made us feel so welcome and almost like family. We talked to them everyday and they always wanted to know if we needed anything. The place looked exactly like the pictures and was very comfortable. It was so nice to have our own laundry to use and the place was extremely well stocked with everything we needed. The street was quiet and peaceful with plenty of room for us to park with our boat in the driveway. We really look forward to coming back to this place for another relaxing vacation and some more good camaraderie with these fine folks!! Highly recommend staying here!
