Great location in quiet neighborhood

Clean, private, and quiet. Right across from the beach, which stays very quiet due to being away from the big properties. Would stay again. Great place in the middle of PCB without the busy-ness.

Great Stay

Close to beach, but still private as opposed to staying in a high rise building. We had our private parking.We could not figure out how to get the living room lamp to work but other than that, the place was great.

Perfect Nook

This house is in the perfect little nook away from all the loudness of PC. It was located just across from the beach so all you had to do was walk across a street that was a dead end street and go to the beach. The house was cute very small but perfect for 4-5 people. I will for sure stay there again. Thanks for everything.

Perfect low key stay!

What a perfect stay with our pup! We loved the sense of privacy we had staying in this villa. They balcony is awesome mornings and eve. The location of this property is in just the right place. We felt like we had our own private beach away from the high rise condo crowds. We did stick our toes in the nice pool. The Villa is perfectly stocked! This property is located in a neighborhood of very nice rentals. We felt safe walking our dog all hours of the day. We would for sure stay here again. ~ Rhonda P.

Spring Break/Birthday 2022

Place was great and great location unfortunately it was the weekend where crowd was out of control and caused some challenges. PCB PD did a great job trying to control, never felt unsafe, they secured our area and kept non-residents/non renters out. Steps from the beach, would definitely rent again, but I will make sure what is going on in PCB before. Business had to close due to the crowd. Very unfortunate for the city. VRBO and the Property manager were fantastic. Would definitely rent this place again

Wonderful!

This place is super cute! Loved the location! Super easy access to the beach and we did see a small view of water only from the top balcony. The pool was absolutely beautiful and once it got dirty it was immediately cleaned. Only downfall was there wasn’t a light in the pool for evening swims. Only place better than this would have been directly on the beach. We will definitely stay here again and again!!!!

Meager college apartment with great location and a gross pool

The property wasn't very clean when we arrived. My understanding is it was cleaned but left empty for over a month. So dead bugs and lizards and dust had accumulated. The furniture was minimal. For instance the master bedroom no longer had the headboard. So you could see the dirty wall with holes in it behind your head and the EXTREMELY old and dirty looking mattress and box springs. There were no places to hang wet towels. The closets were coated in dust. There is a flat surface like shelf in the master closet that was coated in dust and dead gnats. We are a family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids) so eating in restaurants isn't always feasible but the kitchen is minimally stocked with few pots and pans. We selected this property for location and the pool. We were in PCB when the temps were 100 degrees and it was miserable. Since it was so hot out we hoped to spend time in the pool. Which the kids did. But the pool filter barely worked and the pool got dirtier as our days went on. By the end of the week my children said the pool was too gross to get in. We left a day earlier than planned because we were too miserable not being able to use the pool and being in a dirty house. I will not return to this location unless a lot of changes are made. I will add that the property manager responded very quickly when I complained about the dead dried lizard in the bathroom. She apologized and quickly sent somebody to clean. However, the person that came to clean pretty much just laughed at us for not picking the lizard up ourselves, swept only the downstairs floor, then left. But the problem wasn't the lizard itself, it was the fact that the lizard was dried out so obviously had been there a long time meaning the place wasn't very clean. This property should be for young people who only plan to sleep there but plan to be out and party all day and night. Not very comfortable for a family with small kids.

We had a blast

Love the location of the condo. We looked to our right and could see the beach full of people on spring break but the side where we were there was not a lot of people. Clean place and very convenient location.
