This beautiful holiday home with pool is located in the small village of ian and is just a few minutes' drive from the beautiful pebble and rocky beaches. The fenced plot with a well-kept garden has a swimming pool, barbecue and outdoor terrace. The interior consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with kitchen and dining area. Additional entertainment is provided with table tennis, darts and table football. The proximity to the popular tourist centres of Medulin and Pula is certainly another advantage of this holiday home. Hat alles super funktioniert, vom CheckIN bis zum CheckOUT. Gastgeberin und Ihr Vater sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Inzwischen ist alles viel grüner bzw. sind alle Sträucher usw um einiges gewachsen und deshalb sehr gemütlich.Das Haus hat alles was man braucht.Die Lage finde ich sehr angenehm und sehr ruhig.Bis zum nächsten Minimarkt und Pizzeria sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten ins Dorfzentrum. Pula und Medulin nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.Für Biker: Nur ein paar Kilometer entfernt, kann man in die route 333 einsteigen. Geht einige Kilometer durch den Wald und dann wird man belohnt und kann der Küste entlang fahren - bis nach Medulin alles am Radweg.Zum Meer und Strand sind es mit dem Auto ca 5 km (Tortuga Beach Bar oder Summer Beach Bar). Da gibt es viel zu entdecken und wenn ma einige Kilometer weiter fährt, findet man einsame Buchten.

EIN TRAUM !!!

Wunderschönes Haus mit allem Komfort ! Klimaanlage, Hammer Pool, toller Garten, Super Grundstück, , Sauber, Tolle Möbel, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Alarmanlage,Gas- Grill, Sony TV USW..... Kindern wird es nicht langweilig.... Kicker, Tischtennis, Rutsche, Trampolin, Playstation, Dart.... WIRKLICH ALLES WAS DAS HERZ BEGEHRT Die Vermieterin ist super Nett. Und we n es ein Problem gibt ist sie sofort per WhatsApp zu erreichen... Es befindet sich alles in der Nähe. Medulin , Pula, Porec, Rovinj Als Tipp unbedingt zum Kap Kamanjak ... die Strände, das Wasser ein Traum !
