Modern furnished apartment with charm.
Enjoy the quiet location, right on the forest and only a short walk from the "Beerster See".
The modern 46sqm apartment with living room incl. Dining area and pull-out sofa bed, bedroom and shower / toilet are ideal for 1-2 people. 2 additional people can sleep on a pull-out sofa bed in the living room (for an additional charge).
From the living room you can go directly to the terrace with a cozy seating area to relax and unwind.
The non-smoking apartment on the ground floor is equipped with a flat-screen TV, free WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.
Children are welcome and can let off steam in the playground at the house or in the surrounding area.

Besser als erwartet.
Appartment war größer als erwartet und in einem super Zustand. Ein schöner Garten gehört dazu und die Gegend ist super für einen erholsamen Urlaub! Werden wir uns auf jedenfall merken :)

Unser Aufenthalt Ende April 2018
+ Bilder, Einrichtung - wie im Internet beschrieben
+ soweit gute Ausstattung (Küchengeräte, Kaffee,
Gewürze, Backpapier)
+ unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin
- Bettwäsche/ Handtücher mussten extra bestellt und bezahlt werden
- es wurde während unserer Anwesenheit herumgewerkelt, eine Kreissäge lief einen ganzen
Tag lang
- in der Stube ragte ein ca. 30cm langes ungesichertes Stromkabel in den Raum (es war
ursprünglich hinter dem Schlafsofa versteckt - da wir das Sofa vor das Fenster gestellt
haben, um bei TV-Nutzung geradeaus schauen zu können, war es sichtbar und lag frei im
Raum (Bilder vorhanden)
- eine unansehnliche Dusche - hier im Bereich zw. Duschwand und Duschwanne
außen sowie innen schwarze Schimmelränder und Grünspan an der Duschhalterung

Liebe Frau B., vielen Dank für die offenen und ehrlichen Worte. SIE HABEN Recht, dass es nicht schön ist, dass während eines Aufenthaltes von Gästen gesägt wird. Wie bereits schon mit Ihnen besprochen, hat mein Mann nur am WE Zeit Arbeiten am Haus vorzunehmen und in diesem Fall haben wir die Garage erweitert, so dass zukünftig unsere Gäste Ihre Fahrräder bei uns unterstellen können. Diese ist jetzt auch fertig. Bitte entschuldigen Sie die Unannehmlichkeiten. Das Stromkabel hinter dem Sofa war abgeklemmt. Da wir noch für weitere Stromversorgung im Wohnbereich sorgen wollten, hatten wir es schon verlegt, aber es war kein Strom drauf. Dort kann man jetzt aber Handy o.ä. anschliessen. Die Dusche haben wir leider damals so von unserem Vorgänger übernommen. Es stimmt, dass diese nicht mehr schön aussieht und darum werden wir sie demnächst erneuern. Vielen Dank für die Hinweise und vielleicht kommen Sie mal wieder um sich von den Veränderungen zu überzeugen und um uns eine 2. Chance zu geben. Liebe Grüsse D. Hebener

Großartige Wohnung, Schlafraum zu klein
Wohnung sehr groß und gut eingerichtet.
Der Schlafraum ist aber nur 2 m breit, darin ein Bett von 160x200 cm für 2 Personen, die sich fast nicht rühren können.

Die Wohnung war sauber, bestens ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Küchengeräten usw und sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
