Sleeps 5 comfortable- 2 beds rooms, sunshine room with pull outs for 2, living room another pull out for 2. Open and clean floor plan. If you like to enjoy the sunsets and the sunrise then you come to the right place. block of the bay and beach is a stone throw away(across). Close to all shopping and restaurants. Home comes with all amenities- beach badges(6), beach chairs, towels we also added 2 new bikes(must sign waiver)and a great little sanctuary in back yard to enjoy the evenings.

Cozy beach cottage

We really enjoyed the stay at this cozy beach house. It was so charming and had such easy access to the beach. The backyard was really adorable and well done also. It was a little tight for our two very active and energetic kids but overall we all enjoyed our stay. Owner also left a really nice welcome basket for us which we enjoyed also.

Summer in LBI

Great location, beach on one side bay on the other. House was clean and everything you need. Nice backyard. Wouldn’t recommend more than 4 people, it is small.

Perfect Bay 2 Beach

Beautiful little place perfect for me my wife and daughter. Extremely clean and had anything you could need. Spent every night in the yard relaxing and even a few days playing in the yard. Quick easy walk to the beach and bay and can see the sunset from the front of the house. Was a wonderful week away with my family and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Great location & house

This house was perfect for our family's trip to LBI. The location was amazing - we were able to walk easily to the beach, mini golf, ice cream, restaurants, shopping (if you have kids, you have to check out the Haymarket!). The house itself was clean and the perfect size for us - it is admittedly on the small side but has everything a family of 4 could need. We enjoyed the games in the house, and the welcome basket was a really nice touch. The backyard area and outdoor shower were amazing as well. We had a great time here and would happily stay here again.

Cozy, clean, comfortable and centrally located!

We were happy to find this little gem to stay in place of a hotel during Covid. The home is charming, clean, as advertised, with everything we needed. I’d recommend more screens for windows so they could remain open, but the current owners just bought the property and I’m sure they will be addressing. It was wonderful to walk to the beach or bay, the beds were comfortable, and we were surprised by a really thoughtful welcome snack basket, which the kids loved, too! Add the adorable back yard with space to relax, grill, eat and shower, and it was perfect. The owner, Ed, was reachable right away and very nice to speak with. Would return!

Best Vacation in Years

My husband and I were looking to take a vacation and do nothing but relax. Having spent a long weekend in Sept. of '07 in LBI, we decided to find a little rental place and spend a week this summer. It was the perfect place for us - quiet, no rowdy teenagers or screaming kids on the other side of the wall. Everything in the pictures is exactly the way it really is. We brought a lot of things with us that we would not have needed to - they thought of everything. Hope to return next year.
