Fall to sleep, awake or just relax to the peaceful sounds of the ocean waves. Steps away from Iggie's and Mims restaurants and Bolongo Bay Beach with water sports and sailboat excursions. Access to three pools to include Regatta Point villas and Watergate villas pools as well as access to Regatta Point tennis court. Beautiful natural rock beach in the front of the property with onsite parking. Generator on property in the event of a power outage.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place used linen from bedroom, towels, beach towels, washcloths, dish towels, dish rags in a laundry bag which is located in the kitchen near the washing machine and under luggage rack.
Rinse any used dishes and load and start dishwasher. Wipe any large spills that may leave permanent stains on the counter or floor.
Please remove any trash and put it in the dumpster up the driveway to the left of the unit. Turn off all lights, air conditioners and fans and close and lock patio and front door. Safe travels!

Absolutely love St. Thomas and the island culture. Nice to be somewhere where the weather is always amazing and St. Thomas is just the place.

Why they chose this property

I love Sea Cliff Villas because it is a safe secluded property in a gated community with amenities within walking distance like beach access, two restaurants, water sports and sail boat excursions. It is also located within 15-20 minutes from downtown for shopping and restaurants as well as 15-20 minutes from Red Hook for shopping, restaurants and ferry to St. John.

What makes this property unique

Is that you get to enjoy three properties by renting one. You are able to use the pools at both Watergate and Regatta as well as the tennis court and basketball rim at Regatta. Also steps away from two restaurants and a beach.
