Fall to sleep, awake or just relax to the peaceful sounds of the ocean waves. Steps away from Iggie's and Mims restaurants and Bolongo Bay Beach with water sports and sailboat excursions. Access to three pools to include Regatta Point villas and Watergate villas pools as well as access to Regatta Point tennis court. Beautiful natural rock beach in the front of the property with onsite parking. Generator on property in the event of a power outage.

I love Sea Cliff Villas because it is a safe secluded property in a gated community with amenities within walking distance like beach access, two restaurants, water sports and sail boat excursions. It is also located within 15-20 minutes from downtown for shopping and restaurants as well as 15-20 minutes from Red Hook for shopping, restaurants and ferry to St. John.

What makes this property unique

Is that you get to enjoy three properties by renting one. You are able to use the pools at both Watergate and Regatta as well as the tennis court and basketball rim at Regatta. Also steps away from two restaurants and a beach.
