We are a family who live between Athens and Andros, with strong ties to the Cyclades. Andros has been part of our life for many years, and we enjoy simple island living, nature, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.

We host because we genuinely enjoy welcoming guests and helping them discover Andros in a relaxed and authentic way. We are always happy to share local tips when needed, while fully respecting our guests’ privacy.

When we are on Andros, we live in a completely separate penthouse with a private entrance, ensuring full independence and comfort for our guests.

We chose the Fellos area because it offers a rare balance between nature, calm, and beautiful views. The neighborhood is peaceful, open, and surrounded by hills and sea, making it ideal for guests who value space and tranquility.

Fellos is known for its sunsets, quiet atmosphere, and easy access to hiking paths, beaches, and small local tavernas. It feels unspoiled and authentic, while still being within reasonable driving distance of ports, villages, and essential services.

It’s a place where you can truly slow down and enjoy Andros at your own pace.

Villa Kotseli is built as a traditional Cycladic stone house, with each level designed as an independent living space. This layout allows guests to share time together while enjoying privacy when needed.

The architecture reflects local island tradition, combining stone construction with simple, natural materials. Each level opens onto outdoor areas, connecting the interiors to the gardens, sea views, and sunset-facing terraces.
