Family winter holiday break

Thank you so much Jeanne and Dave! Your home was perfect for our family vacation . It met everyone’s needs and surpassed their expectations(which is hard to do with so many varied ages and interests. Ages ranged from three to seventy). The place was well equipped, immaculate and offered the choices of multiple places to relax and play and dine both indoors and outdoors. The children especially enjoyed the arcade room and of course the nicely heated pool and hot tub. The basketball net by the pool was a huge big hit. I cant say enough nice things and the hosts were readily available to answer any questions. Hopefully we will get the opportunity to return. We loved it!

Perfect Location

This property looked just like the pictures. It was very clean and spacious. There was a lot of us and we still had plenty of room. Communication with the owner was fast. Close to all Disney parks, as well as Universal Studio. I hope we get to stay here again for any future trips.

Great house and owner

Beautifully done house and excellent property owner communication. Everything was as pictured and well set up. A small issue with the dishwasher was taken care of immediately with great communication from the property owner who made sure we were taken care of and happy with the property. Would definitely select again!

Fantastic Property!

Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday! The house itself was exactly as described, very well appointed and most things seemed to be brand new. The resort is excellent with a gated entrance that is manned by security 24hrs a day. We will definitely recommend and hope to visit again one day.

Amazing property!

It was a beautiful house, felt just like home! The hosts were amazing, excellent communication made sure we were comfortable and everything was just so! Would highly recommend staying at this property you won’t be disappointed! The location is central to everything, house is beautiful with up to date furnishings, pool is awesome and kid friendly. Clean, well kept house

The house was very clean and updated, and very relaxing. It had everything you needed including beach towels to use at the pool. The owners were very helpful in every way wit any questions i had. They responded right away with a text .This was the perfect place to stay while visiting the parks.

This is a must!!! What an amazing experience! Topped any resort we have stayed on Disney property. The arcade, themed rooms, pool, kitchen,etc… were just amazing! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Perfect House

We loved our time at this house, it was very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool area was outstanding, comfortable seating with a TV and lighting that made the area a great place to relax. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. My sons really enjoyed the game room. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

Amazing clean and well stocked home!

This house was very clean and had all the amenities you could need - plenty of plate, utensils, towels, etc. The game room was a lot of fun to unwind after a long day at the parks. The back pool area was great as well with plenty of seating and a TV. We found this home to be in a quieter section of the resort. Overall, hihgly recommend this house!

Amazing Property

This house is everything it says and more! From the decor, to the extra little touches you won’t find in other homes, to the game room, and 2 washers/dryers. The whole family loved this house! It is definitely a must stay! The hosts responded to my questions promptly and made sure everything was just as it should be.

The pictures on the website are spot on! This place was amazing. We stayed for Thanksgiving with 8 kids and 6 adults. Plenty of space for everyone. House was very clean and nicely stocked. Communication with the owners was great! I would recommend this house to anyone. Sure is nice to have zero worries when booking.

Perfect Getaway!

This property is EXACTLY like the pictures show. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations and the pool area was the best we've had and we typically visit Florida twice a year. Jeanne was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this property in a heart beat.

Wonderful Disney rental!

This property was WONDERFUL! There were more than enough rooms for the 9 of us that were staying. The kitchen was huge and spacious. Plenty of seating for everyone in the living room. The kids had plenty of spaces to get away from the grown ups on our off days and were easily kept entertained with that amazing game room! We did enjoy the heated pool/ hot tub on our last day. It was wonderful and well kept. I don’t have any negative comments about this place. It was truly wonderful.

Great family home

Jeanne was absolutely wonderful to work with. We had some changes to our arrival times due to weather conditions effecting our flights. She was more than accommodating. The home is beautiful and our grandchildren were especially excited about the game room and themed bedrooms.

Christmas Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Disney and this house was perfect for our family vacation. Very clean and plenty of room for everyone. There was six adults and five children, ages ranging from 3 to 12. They had a blast playing in the game room and swimming in the heated pool. The house is located only 15 minutes from the park and parking was really easy. You will love this house. I highly recommend it for your family vacation.

Family reunion

The property is exactly like listed. We reuinted with family from over seas and it was perfect. Every member of the family enjoyed the house and accommodations. Highly recommend! The hosts were very responsive to questions and extremely thoughtful sending battery powered lights incase we lost power due to the hurricane. We never needed them, but it was so thoughtful of them to make sure we had them if needed!

The Pool House

This property is outfitted as if the owners were living there, not as if it was for renters. That says a LOT! The decorations, towels, games, chairs, lounges, TVs, everything was superb. We never found a thing that didn't work - TRY THAT AT ANY OTHER RENTAL. The alarm on the sliding door to the pool was a pain for a day or so but made PERFECT sense with you have children that can not swim. We spent 3 days at amusement parks and 3 days at the pool house and the days at the pool house were probably the better days.

Disney Delight

This place was simply fabulous. The attention to detail was first class all the way. The Disney theme rooms and artwork were very tasteful and not overdone. The pool and patio were ideal and my kids and grandkids spent most of their free time there if not watching movies or playing in the games room. There was a brief power failure one day and the pool/spa heater went off. Jeanne fixed this faster than we even recognized what had happened . All the appliances, furniture, and utensils were first rate. The two washer/dryers came in handy for 9 of us. It is a tossup whether we enjoyed our days at the parks or the house more. Jeanne and Dave were awesome hosts and checked to make sure we were happy the whole time. Can’t say enough good things about our experience. My 9 year old grandson gave it 100 out of 10!

Spectacular All Around

We have stayed at many VRBO locations in the past and this has been by far the best one we have stayed at. Not only did the pictures give an accurate image of the house there were many things that exceeded our expectations. The seating space outdoor was by far superior to any of the houses surrounding us. Our group was able to sit comfortably to lounge, read, enjoy the sun, eat meals and watch kids in the pool. The sun is in the pool in the am which was excellent for our schedules. We also enjoyed the seating and pool space into the evening while kids slept. The kitchen had enough supplies for our party of 11 to eat at the same time without having to do dishes all the time before the next meal. The rooms were spacious, clean and very spacious. The color themes and decorations were planned out with thought, there was not a detail missed. The kids enjoyed the game room and movie space to 'be alone after a long day out on adventures. The location allowed us to see the ocean, airboat tours, Disney, ocean fishing and Lake Apopka Wold Life Drive. (Lake Apopka is F-S, we made it there twice) The entire house was spotless. Having the ability to do laundry before heading home was a bonus. The owner was available as needed and responsive. We will book again and recommend this place to our family and friends. *the following are not negatives, just suggestions: *bring or buy laundry pods and extra garbage bags. *pool floaties were easy to find at all the local stores *traffic is no joke and the grocery stores are always busy in FL ;-) *check red tide warnings before you venture to the golf Warning Language: my husband said this place is F'in AWESOME :-)

Amazing Home!

The pictures are spot on for this home! The owners were the best we have ever rented from! We loved the home from the moment we arrived. The grandkids said this was the best house ever! The beds were comfortable and the home was so close to the the parks and shopping. It is well worth the amount to stay here! I will definitely stay here again next time! We had enough toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap and trash bags to get us started until we could get to the store to buy our supplies. We hated to leave. You will NOT be disappointed with renting this home! We had 6 adults and 6 kids ages 11 to 3.

Really close to Disney

This place was ideal for an afternoon break from the parks for a swim in the great pool and cool spacious house. Wi-Fi and ac were great. A great deal for a family vacation to the parks. We loved the double washer and dryers.

Why they chose this property

This home in and of itself is a destination. Large, bright, new, clean, and comfortable, it is a perfect place to enjoy after visiting the parks -- or for taking a quiet day of relaxation. In Emerald Island Resort, we are VERY close to the parks and are located in an established and low key resort. There are many resort amenities (pool, clubhouse, tiki bar, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, mini golf, fitness center, business center), but has a quieter neighborhood feel missing from the newer, denser resorts. Strolling through the streets of the tree-lined Emerald Island has a friendly feel. You will see why we wanted to have a home here!

Best lanai/pool area in the resort! The proximity to Disney/Universal, restaurants, and ease of access to other attractions and areas make this home, resort, and area sure to please! The attention to detail in outfitting the home ensures you will be making the right choice when selecting our home!
