2 houses located on Red Creek. 1st house has 4 bedrooms 2 queens in downstairs bedrooms and 1 full bed in loft. 2 twins upstairs. 3 Full bathrooms with a tub showers. 2nd house has 2 bedrooms, 1 king and 2 queens. Living room has a sofa bed. It has 1 full bathroom with a shower. 500 acres surround the area making it very private and peaceful. Gated access. Five sand bars with trails that lead to them. 7 person hot tub outside on the deck. Large screened porch for enjoying your morning coffee and visiting with friends and family. Wildlife roam the property so keep your eyes open for deer and Turkey. You will think you have your own little sanctuary. Kayaks and canoes are available on site. The property is about 35 miles north from the Gulf Coast and less than a 5 minute drive from Wiggins.
Not responsible for flooding of the creek.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set AC to 75 degrees in summer or 65 in winter
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Upon checkout remove ALL garbage and refrigerated items and place in outdoor garbage bins or in bags on screened porch or downstairs laundry room.
Remove ALL used sheets, pillow cases and towels/rags and pile them at entry door upon checkout.
Place dirty dishes at main house in dishwasher and start washer, detergent is under kitchen sink. Used dishes at guest house must be hand washed.
