A parking space on the grounds, 2 pleasant terraces at the front and back of the house with its outdoor furniture. Inside you will find a living room with sitting area and equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms with 1 140cm bed and a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
EQUIPMENT: vacuum cleaner, television, gas cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave.
The end of stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant. End of stay cleaning option on reservation: flat rate of €70. Linen is not provided.
Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season
