Lili - Large villa with pool in Oléron

Located a stone's throw from the famous Chassiron lighthouse, in the village of Les Huttes, our large house of more than 250m2 invites you to discover the pleasures of seaside life just a few minutes walk from a splendid beach, walks in the heart of the dunes and cycle paths. You can also enjoy all the comforts of the house and its exterior around its large heated swimming pool.

The accommodation
With 6 spacious and bright bedrooms, our house can accommodate up to 14 people. The 5 bathrooms offer you all the privacy you need. The indoor and outdoor living areas are spacious, comfortable and friendly.

Facilities:
Take advantage of our swimming pool (heated from April to October) to cool off in the island sun, relax on the deckchairs or organise wild ping-pong tournaments. For grill lovers, a barbecue is at your disposal. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious dishes. In the living room you will find a TV corner, many board games and reading.

**IMPORTANT** - Cleaning and linen rental services are mandatory and must be paid in addition on arrival:

Location:
Located in the hamlet of Les Huttes, our house offers you privileged access to the beauties of the island of Oléron. Only a few hundred metres away, you will find the Plage des Huttes, one of the most beautiful on the island, where you can relax in the sun and swim in the ocean. At the end of the street, let yourself be seduced by the coastal paths that wind through the dunes offering panoramas of the island's wild coastline and allowing you to reach the Chassiron lighthouse on foot. Finally, you have almost immediate access to the island's cycle paths.
Nearby, the village of Saint-Denis invites you to discover its market, its restaurants, its lively port.
Please note that the house is in a quiet area in which parties, parties and other noisy gatherings are not possible.

Traveller access
Arrival and departure in the house is done independently thanks to our secure key box.
You can park up to three vehicles in the villa's private car park. Parking on the street is also possible without difficulty.
