Offering 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this Gulf Shores vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Grand Caymus' features include a fully appointed kitchen and expansive living room seating to accommodate the whole family. Plus, with a furnished deck, there's room for everyone to enjoy the brisk salt air while taking in glimpses of the sparkling gulf water. What's more, Cottages at Lagoon Pass Community offers even more family-friendly amenities, including a zero-entry pool, boat dock, picnic area for lunch by the pool, and a community pier ideal for watersports like fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Access to the Gulf can be found a few steps southward and access to Little Lagoon a few steps northward.

Upon entry to the main floor of Grand Caymus, guests are greeted by an open-concept kitchen and living room complete with the convenience of a half bath. Upstairs includes 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a laundry area complete with a stackable washer and dryer. Beyond the family-friendly floor plan, this Gulf Shores vacation home offers an EV charger, comfortable dining seating with 6 chairs at the main table and 4 barstools to seat every guest, plus generous flat-screen TVs in the main living area and every bedroom.

Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome at this property. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Kaiser Vacation Rentals practices †Enhanced Cleaning Protocol which includes a complete linen turn-over after every guest. Grand Caymus can accommodate up to two vehicles in the carport.

Family trip

I ended up bringing my grandson for his first trip without his momma and he loved it. The location was perfect between both lagoon and ocean. Beds were super comfortable which is a plus. Area super nice and quiet. I highly recommend this property as i will book with them again.

Gulf Shores Beach Fun

The property was so close to the shore, just across the street, and the property also was connected to the lagoon so you get the best of both, very cool! The property was super nice and clean, looked like it was remodeled recently with nice updates. I would come back here again!

Nice relaxing place to stay

Our stay was great! The place was perfect and well equipped with everything we needed. The only issue we had was the shower house was full of bikes so we couldn’t wash the sand off after visiting the beach. I would recommend there not be anything in there so guest can keep sand out of the facility. Otherwise everything was easy to use, from the door access to the tv’s. Very nice place. We will be back.

Wonderful Vacation

We absolutely love staying at these little cottages, 1st time in this unit & 2nd time staying at The Cottages at Lagoon Pass. This unit was perfectly cleaned before we arrived and was decorated beautifully (as was the unit from the previous year). Just takes a 5min. walk to be setting on the beach or swimming in the Gulf. We will be back again!!

Convenience to everything!

This place was absolutley beautiful, new, and clean! First, your vehicle is parked underneath so it stays protected from the sun your entire stay. We have an adult son, 21, with mild autism, so for us, we truly enjoy places that are quieter and where he has freedom to roam. You walk across the street and there is a direct entrance to the beach! If you get tired of the beach, you can kayak, my husband and I enjoyed, or sit out at the end of the dock in the swings which my teenage daughter loved or lounge at the pool! You MUST eat at The Beach House just down the road. I would highly recommend and there are so many great locations to take pictures, too!

Gulf Shores Gem

First time to Gulf Shores and definitely will not be our last!! Grand Caymus, located in the Cottages at Lagoon Pass, was wonderful. Perfect location for those wanting to be away from all of the high rise condos and traffic, but close enough that you can get to everything in 5-10 minutes. I was hesitant because it wasn’t on the beach, but the beach was easily accessible and literally only took us a minute to get on the beach. We loved having the lagoon in the back along with the pool and amazing docks and swings!!!! The condo was well represented and looks exactly like the pictures posted. The living room furniture looked beautiful, but probably not the most comfortable to sit on. It definitely didn’t take away from anything because we do not sit much inside while on vacation. Check in and out was a breeze!!!! The only thing I can think of that could make it even better is to supply a can opener, kitchen scissors, and an oven mitt for the kitchen and dust a little before guests arrive. This did NOT take away from our experience and is the ONLY thing I would recommend if I’m being nit picky.
