Private 4-bedroom vacation home in Sauve

This 175m² character house, with stone walls steeped in history, stands proudly in the heart of a medieval Cevennes village. The layout between modern and traditional blends perfectly to welcome you.

Its red tile roof contrasts with the green of the surrounding hills. The olive-coloured wooden shutters frame the windows, offering a rustic charm. A large private and secure garden of 350m² is ideal for relaxing under the large lime tree or the olive tree or the vine.

Come and discover in the Cévennes, La Bonneterie, a family home, formerly a 19th century nightcap and sock factory.
You will have all the comfort and accessibility to spend a pleasant holiday throughout the year in an idyllic and historic setting.
The house is spread over one floor and a garden level. It is accessed by the garden and then by the stairs leading to the upper terrace, which is designed for eating outside or relaxing in the sun, which overlooks the garden.
All the bedrooms and living rooms are air-conditioned (except for the "Florian" bedroom)!

It has 3 bathrooms, one of which is adjoining the "Manou" bedroom and one to the "Florian" bedroom and 2 toilets.

The kitchen, open to the dining room and the living room (+50m²), allows you to enjoy moments with family or friends.
It is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, induction hob, pod coffee maker and filter coffee maker, kettle. The space and equipment allow you to cook family meals for up to 13 people.

The garden of more than 350m² is equipped with a large table with 14 covers and a barbecue. You can rest under the olive tree on the sun loungers provided.
A relaxation area under the vine, bathed in the last rays of the sun, invites you to meditate and relax at the end of the day.

Finally, we provide all the childcare equipment (2 cots, 1 bath, 3 high chairs, 1 baby potty) to welcome your children. Just ask for them!

Access to the house is through a small narrow street. It is best not to drive into this street. Nevertheless, you have free parking less than 30m from the street and several other car parks near the house.
All spaces will always be open for the use and pleasure of visitors, with the exception of the "Florian" room with bathroom and toilet, on the ground floor, which will only be open for bookings of more than 8 people.

A compost is available for sorting your fruit and vegetable peelings.
Recycling bins (cardboard, plastics,....) and glasses are available in the nearby car park.

In order to let yourself get lost in the narrow streets and steep paths of the medieval village, Sauve at the entrance to the Cevennes Piedmont. Entertainment will be offered throughout the year and particularly during the beautiful spring days until the Indian summer. All you have to do is discover wine estates and taste exceptional wines in this Languedoc country.
