LUXURY GOLF VACATION GETAWAY - FAMILY FRIENDLY NEAR DELWARE BEACHES

All NEW FURNITURE - just in time for summer!
5 Bedroom, 3.5 baths. Walk in to Pool Table with Two new smart TVs have been installed over the pool table to enjoy your sports channel while playing a round. First floor master bedroom with walk in closet with beautiful views of the pond and golf course. Downstairs there is an additional bedroom with Queen Bed. Upstairs you will find three additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a sizable loft. The home can sleep 10 comfortably, up to 12 if traveling with children.

The Peninsula is a gated community on the Indian River Bay surrounded by a protected pristine nature area. You feel safe while on property with the Gated Community and full time 24-HR security for all our guests. Amenities include a Wave Pool, Baby Pool, Obstacle course pool for the kids (seasonal), adult only outdoor pool (seasonal) and family indoor pool (year round). The Athletic Club year round has work out facilities with a sauna, hot tub, and private showers. The Peninsula has an world class Jack Nicklaus 18 hole golf course on property. On the property there are approximately 8 miles of walking paths and a nature preserve. There are a several tennis and pickleball courts. Additionally there is sand volleyball court and a basketball court. A formal clubhouse is available for dinner and the terrace grill is available for lunch.

To access the Peninsula amenities for renters during summer months (Memorial Day to Labor Day) you will be required to purchase Weekly guest passes directly through the Peninsula Athletic Club front desk.

Blankets and pillows are provided. As of now towels and sheets are not provided, but can be arranged through a third party vendor for an extra fee.

Wonderful stay!

We had a a great vacation in DE. The house is large and beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. Mali was a great host - very responsive if we had any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

In a word...Perfect

This was an all-around amazing experience! It was my first time using VRBO, so I was a bit nervous. But I felt really comfortable dealing with Mali. She was extremely organized, and made sure I had all of the information I needed to access the gated community and get in the house without any issues or delays. When I got to the house, I was thoroughly impressed. Immaculate, very spacious, very comfortable. We also had access to all of the amenities in the country club. We played tennis, basketball, worked out in the gym, golf, and enjoyed the clubhouse for food and drinks. The golf course is gorgeous! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. I will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Mali!

Hidden Oasis

First time to Millsboro and I was blown away. This house and community is a hidden gem. To start with the the house is beautiful and immaculate and on the golf course. Woke up to a beautiful sunrise on the outdoor patio and squeezed in some patio yoga and meditation. It has one of the most amazing pools I've ever been to at the club house. Paddle boarded on their private beach with an easy rental of the board and paddle from the clubhouse. Tried the fine dining at the clubhouse and it was delicious. Overall just an incredibly relaxing trip - highly recommend this house.

We bought the house 4 years ago and have done long term and short term rentals. Everyone is so friendly! There are so many activities for the kids. Our kids want us to keep the house forever!
