House located only 700 metres walk from the large beach of Beg Lann, near the castle of Suscinio and all the riches of the Rhuys Peninsula and the Gulf of Morbihan: Vannes at 25 kms, Breton islands (Île aux Moines, Île d'Arz,...), GR34, fishing on foot, water activities, "Ostréapolis" centre, horse riding, sailing school, thalassotherapy, aquatic centre "Aquagolfe".
You will enjoy an enclosed and wooded garden of 400 m2 with 2 terraces (south and south-west with shade sail) equipped with tables and chairs, garden furniture and deckchairs. A WEBER electric barbecue is at your disposal (quick and easy to use). For your leisure time, we provide 2 adult bicycles, different games: Molky, Breton shuffleboard, ping pong table and other beach games for children.
Inside the 100 m2 house, you will find all the comforts for a pleasant stay (4-5 people). On the ground floor: a cosy living room with TV opening onto the south-west terrace, an equipped kitchen opening onto the south terrace. A hallway leading to the toilets, the master suite with shower room (Italian shower) as well as access to the back kitchen and the garage. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms: the "pink" bedroom with a "Queen size" bed 160x200 or 2 beds of 80x200 depending on the needs, the "sand" bedroom with a 140x190 bed. The landing leads to the separate toilet and the bathroom (bath, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer). Baby/child equipment: high chair, travel cot, stair safety gate, strollers.
