Welcome to Settler's Crossing #13, a beautifully bright 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo nestled among the evergreens of Sun Peaks. Expansive windows frame Mt. The location was great, just a 15 minute walk to the village. Hot tub was large and the place was cozy and comfortable.

We enjoyed staying at this condo for five days. It was very comfortable and well equipped. ( patio chairs would have been nice). The property management team were very nice and quick to respond to us when we had any questions. The location of the condo was excellent and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Fantastic stay!

We loved our family getaway weekend in Sun Peaks! The unit was beautiful, clean, had everything we needed- plus many more thoughtful additions in the kitchen. The hot tub was perfect, and we appreciated the daily cleaning/maintenance. We already can't wait to visit again!

Awesome retreat from busy soccer tournament.

We enjoyed retreating to Sunpeaks to our own private space where our kids could have their own rooms and we could cook our own meals. Enjoyed the hot-tub and large living room for movie nights.

Amazing space for family or friends to gather!

Just finished a 3 night/4 day trip with my best friends. It was a great location (short walk to the village) and it was nice to be able to park the vehicles upon arrival and just walk everywhere. We also loved that it overlooked the golf course so it was quite private. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo with a view

Spent 3 nights for a wedding during July, the condo was exactly as stated. Nice big windows for natural lighting, nice open plan for kitchen, dining and living room. Hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking and shopping. The groundskeeper was a great help and so kind. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful place and perfect location

The ease of getting on and off the ski run was great, especially with young kids. The hot tub was a great experience after a day of skiing. The parking and locker were extremely close and conventient. Most important, the unit had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable family vacation.

We loved our stay but found cozy fleecy throw blanket to be missing and also felt like the unit would be much cozier without the presence of the clunky AC units in the fall/winter…especially still being plugged in with remotes available when it’s not safely vented…not a great idea if children are present.

Beautiful stay at Settler’s Crossing

Our stay at Settler’s Crossing was lovely. The unit is a great size and is well stocked as well as being very clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable and having TV’s in the bedrooms was an added bonus. Hot tub on a nice deck with a view of the golf course was also great! It is easy to get to and a nice walk to the quaint village which has some nice restaurants. Communication was excellent with our hosts and they were extremely helpful with our requests. We would not hesitate to stay there again!

Great view of Mt Todd, from living room and hot tub. Well equipped kitchen, including dishes for kids. Sledding hill easy walk (after lifts close) Dogsledding was a blast. Introduced our two 3-year old grandsons to sledding, XC skiing, snow fort building.

Great location even though 20min walk to the shops. Well equipped. Ski in ski out. Bed linen lovely feel but far too hot/heavy duvet. Really just need a cotton blanket. More tea towels needed.

Pre- Christmas Family Getaway

We survived the cold & enjoyed the winter wonderland in Sun Peaks. This unit in Settler’s crossing is a great location to hit the lifts and also enjoy a quick walk into the village. The hot tub on the deck was very convenient. The unit had plenty of seating in the living area and kitchen to relax and eat in with our group of 6. There was plenty of storage as well with the large pantry in the kitchen. The 2 parking spots available in the heated garage were a bonus for our group since we were travelling with 2 vehicles. Enjoyable stay and look forward to coming back!
