Au pied du Ballon d'Alsace, au coeur du parc naturel régional des Ballons des Vosges, situé au carrefour immédiat des régions ALSACE, VOSGES et FRANCHE COMTE, à proximité de tous commerces et de toutes activités de loisirs de montagne été/hiver, lacs, étangs, voie verte, VTT, skis, randonnées (depuis le chalet), casino, gastronomie, ...
INTERIEUR :
Composé d'une cuisine équipée donnant sur grande terrasse plein sud avec table pique nique. Vous pourrez ainsi apprécier les belles soirées d'été dans un environnement de nature, en toute tranquillité.
Une autre table de pique nique est également présente dans le jardin, avec un barbecue à juste à coté. Vois pourrez ainsi agrémenter vos repas de belles grillades.
un séjour fermé avec canapé type clic-clac pour 2 personnes et télévision.
A l'étage une chambre à coucher avec balcon bois plein sud avec vue nature comprenant un lit 190/140 2 personnes, un lit 190/90 1 personne, ainsi que sur demande 1 lit bébé et petit trousseau.
Salle de bains avec douche et WC, une grande pièce pour stocker bagages, skis, VTT...
EXTERIEUR :
Parking véhicules de tourismes sur la propriété. Grand jardin avec barbecue, table de jardin, fontaine. Environnement très agréable et calme.

Caution 500 € sera restitué à l'issue du séjour après état des lieux. Draps et linge de maison non fournis.

Propriétaire sympa et à l’écoute. Idéal pour couple avec deux enfants en bas âge. Juste le système de chauffage électrique pas suffisant en cas de grand froid. Un poele à bois ou pellets serait idéal. Pas de wifi, mais la 4g/5g passe facilement. Les animaux sont acceptés. Ce chalet offre beaucoup plus de commodités extérieures au printemps et en été qu’en hiver (grande terrasse avec salon de jardin, bbq, grand jardin et ballades vtt à proximité).

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und haben alles daran gesetzt, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Haus ist zwar einfach, bietet jedoch alles, was man benötigt. Wir haben die Ruhe dort genossen und kommen definitiv gerne wieder!
