Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern im Mai in dem neu und wertig eingerichtetem Haus. Es liegt mitten in dem kleinen Ort Soucht, Bäcker und kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft sind schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, lediglich Wassergläser und Frühstücksteller waren etwas knapp bemessen.Das Holzschuhmuseum im Ort ist sehenswert und Ausflüge zu den vielen Burgruinen aus Sandstein, die Felsformationen der Nordvogesen ( Colorado) und die Glasmuseen sind reizvoll. Der Kontakt zur netten Vermieterin ist schnell und problemlos herzustellen.Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Familienwochenende!

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen

Es handelt sich um eine ehemalige Backstube mitten im Ort, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail zu einer sehr gemütlichen Ferienunterkunft hergerichtet wurde. Ein Bäcker war in zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ein kleiner Laden direkt gegenüber und ein Restaurant war auch gleich da. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, auf der Terrasse war ein großer Gasgrill. Wichtig für den Sommer ist der große Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse und die Klimaanlage innen.Wir wurden von den netten Vermietern empfangen und wir erhielten gute Tipps für Aktivitäten, ansonsten waren die Vermieter auch jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen, rund um den Ort ist sehr viel Wald. Ansonsten gibt es in den Nachbarorten auch einige Museen zur Glas- bzw. Kristallherstellung und Anlagen der Maginotlinie. Die Kirche in Soucht hat übrigens sehr schöne Fenster. Kurz gesagt: alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht, ist vorhanden.
