This non-smoking 1 bedroom, 1 bath Maui Vista unit is located directly across the street from the world famous Charley Young Beach. High Speed Internet for Business. This unit includes stainless appliances, 18,000 Btu AC in living room, and a portable 6000 Btu AC in the bedroom. This will cool you down. New double pane windows and sliding door that keeps this unit very quiet. Washer & Dryer in unit. Includes Beach chairs, umbrella, Cooler & other beach gear.

This condo has been in the family since 1981. we've included everything you'll need for a safe and comfortable Maui stay. Amenities include high speed internet, new washer & dryer, new quiet Bosch dish washer, stainless stove & oven, refrigerator, cable TV, linens & towels. Kitchen amenities include drip coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, microwave and toaster. Unlimited long distance calls anywhere in the US and Canada. Beach equipment includes beach towels (4), beach chairs (2), umbrella, and cooler.

What makes this property unique

Well, my condo is a little different. It's fun! Just walk out the lanai, across the street to the beach. The pool is right out the door and across the grass, but you will still enjoy your privacy and quiet with the new double pane windows and 18,000 BTU AC in the living room and a portable 6000 BTU AC in the bedroom. We're on the bottom floor so you don't have to take an elevator or stairs to get to your unit and conveniently located to nearby pools, BBQ's and tennis courts.
