It was very spacious and clean space. Plenty of room for family time and plenty of places to sleep. The host was excellent and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions we had. It was an amazing experience!!!

One of the best VRBO’s we have stayed at! The property owner was extremely helpful throughout and after our stay. We loved everything about the home (especially the mini ice machine-bees knees)! We are starting to plan next year’s stay!

Loved the house. It was perfect for the 3 of us. The location was great, close to all of the restaurants and activities that we were looking for. Holiday Respite

Great cozy place to get together and celebrate after Thanksgiving. Beds were comfy, lots of room to hang out and the neighborhood was quiet. Definitely would recommend!

Bach/bachelorette trip

We stayed here for a joint bachelor/bachelorette trip. The home is amazing and had enough space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The outdoor space is fantastic and the dock is an added bonus. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Relaxing getaway

We had a very relaxing stay. We really liked how close everything was to this location (groceries,arcades, downtown) but wasn’t in the mix of traffic and a ton of people. Quite neighborhood. Super nice house and very clean. Will stay again!

Cozy house on lake

The house worked great for a 2 family stay. The house was big enough for both families to not be on top of each other. Plenty of space inside and outside!

Nice Vacation Away

Beautiful spacious home with very accommodating owners. Property was well equipped and ready to enjoy. We enjoyed our time around the house and on Lake Hamilton. I would highly recommend this rental.

Great Location, Beautiful Home and Property

Beautiful and cozy lake front property. Fit my family comfortably with plenty of beds and living space. On site lake amenities (tubes, kayaks, etc) were an exciting surprise and plus. Perfect father's day weekend for me and my family!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our short stay immensely. Lovely home and property. In a great neighborhood. It was perfect and cozy. Communication with the property managers was spot-on. I will keep this property in my rotation for when we go back to Hot Springs.

House is nice with lots of room. Property was clean. Parking for a large group is a little tight and access to the lake is pretty steep. Other then that it had a great time.

Perfect property for relaxing at the lake

The Hamilton Hideaway was the perfect property for my family vacation to Lake Hamilton. The house was large with plenty of space for our family of 9. We especially enjoyed the multiple outdoor spaces, which is where we spent most of our time. The provided kayaks were great to explore the lake and do some fishing. The house was exceptionally clean and we made use of the provided cookware and grill. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Great home & location

My family has just returned from a 4 night stay. There were 10 of us & there was more than enough space & the house was very well stocked. We were very impressed with the whole place with 2 exceptions. The floors were dirty. The littles feet were filthy within 30 minutes of being there. The walkway down to the outside room is a bit treacherous, especially carrying a baby. Addressing these 2 issues would be my only recommendations.

Happy with Hamilton Hideaway

Our family had a wonderful first trip to Hot Springs, Arkansas, staying at the Hamilton Hideaway over a winter weekend just after Christmas 2024. The property is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood right off Lake Hamilton, providing a peaceful retreat. It's incredibly convenient—just a 5-minute drive to a neighborhood Walmart and only 20 minutes from popular attractions like Hot Springs National Park and Garvan Woodland Gardens.One of the highlights for us was the lake access. Despite low water levels, our son had a blast catching fish! The home itself is newly renovated, with a spacious open layout that was perfect for hanging out, especially during a rainy day. There were plenty of beds and seating areas, which made it comfortable for our family. The bonus room—a separate basement living space—was a fun addition, though it doesn’t have a bathroom, so plan accordingly.We were impressed with how well-stocked the home was, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras like a crock pot, which we put to good use. One minor issue was the wood floors, which were a bit dirty, but we shared this feedback with the owners, and they are addressing it. We would have also appreciated a property guide with recommendations for dining and activities in the area, which would have added an extra touch of hospitality.Communication with the owners was prompt and friendly, which we greatly appreciated.
