Les louvans sont très bien situés au calme proche de la mer et des colmerces à pieds.pas de clim

Die Lage der sehr schön angelegten Wohnanlage direkt am Strand ist grandios! Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hat ein große Terasse mit Meerblick. Negativ aufgefallen sind uns die Sauberkeit des Bodens - der könnte zwischen den einzelnen Buchungen gerne mal gewischt werden - und die nur mäßig bequemen Matratzen. Zudem ist die Schalldämmung zwischen den Appartments nicht besonders gut. Schade auch, dass es an den Fenstern keine Insektengitter gibt. Aber, alles in allem ok.

Lage, Lage, Lage

Hübsches Apartment in absoluter Traumlage. Gut ausgestattet, perfekt für zwei Personen. Tolle Terrasse die von morgens bis abends nutzbar ist. Riesiges Gartengrundstück mit direktem Zugang zur Calanque (traumhafte Badebucht/da Kiesstrand, Badeschuhe mitnehmen), Süßwasserdusche vorhanden. Einziger Kritikpunkt: WLAN soll pro Tag rund 6€ kosten, das ist beim sowieso schon recht hohen Mietpreis völlig übertrieben und sollte inklusive sein.

Deux semaines de rêve

Bel appartement , conforme aux photos; Spacieux, une belle terrasse avec une jolie vue mer . Le couchage est confortable. La résidence est sécurisée et calme. La terrasse malgré la canicule est utilisable matin midi et soir grâce à son exposition, il y a toujours une partie ombragée. En deux minutes, en traversant le joli parc de plantes grasses, vous êtes sur une petite crique fréquentée raisonnablement et vous vous baignez dans une eau super claire avec une vue à 180°? Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement, très bien rénové, bien équipé, situé près de la mer et des commerces et calme. La terrasse est très agréable avec une vue sur la mer et le massif de l'Esterel. Il manque juste une machine à laver .

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat wieder einmal nicht reibungslos geklappt. Obwohl vom Veranstalter angegeben war, dass das Büro für die Übergabe bis 19.00 Uhr geöffnet wäre, hatte es bereits ab 18.00 Uhr geschlossen. Der Schlüssel lag dann in einem Briefkasten. Und wegen der nötigen Formalitäten mussten wir dann eben nochmals in diesem Büro vorbei - mit einer besseren Informationspolitik bzw. der Einhaltung der angegebenen Bürozeiten wäre das kundenfreundlicher zu lösen!

Très agréable séjour dans ce petit appartement aménagé avec goût,lumineux et très propre avec une chambre de bonne taille et une belle salle d'eau. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse qui offre une jolie vue sur une partie de la baie de St Raphaël. Le jardin bien entretenu apporte calme et sérénité . Petit bémol: la vaisselle qui est un petit peu juste.On apprécierait autre chose que des bols transparents pour le petit déjeuner.
