The renovated Stella holiday home is modern and lovingly furnished. It is on the outskirts, but everything is easily accessible on foot: bakery 150m, supermarket 700m, restaurant 300m, Chiemsee 800m.
The closer surroundings and the close proximity to the lake are ideal for trips by bike or long walks.
For those who are more active, there are countless options, from boat rentals in Prien am Chiemsee (3 km), golf courses in the vicinity, climbing parks, hiking or skiing in the mountains to kayaking on the Alz. There is also a diverse cultural offer: Festival at Herrenchiemsee Castle, concerts at Amerang Castle or opera festival at Gut Immling, etc

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, der Strand mit tollem Kiosk ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut und das Haus sauber und gut eingerichtet. Einziger kleiner Verbesserungswunsch wäre eine weniger weiche Couch, auf der man als kräftiger Erwachsener nicht komplett einsinkt. Wir können das Haus aber sehr gerne weiter empfehlen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Alles ok. Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank ist bisschen komisch zum aufziehen. Drum rum nette Nachbarn. Zum Badestrand an der Prienmündung 1,9-2,3 km zu Fuß. Der Edeka im Ort eher nicht zu empfehlen, besser nach Prien. Zum Essen gehen oder mitnehmen ist Ristorante Casa Da Peppe ok. Zum Bus 400m, Gästekarte ermöglicht Fahrt BusBahn ohne Zusatzkosten bis Aschau (Kampenwand).
Haus, Ortsrandlage in 2. Reihe, Weg zum Badestrand 2,3 km.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus! Absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

Wir waren als Familie mit 3 Kindern für knapp 1 Woche im Ferienhaus Stella. Ein wunderschönes, total blitzblank-sauberes Haus mit vielen vielen Annehmlichkeiten wie z. B. Klimaanlagen in zwei Schlafzimmern. Insgesamt ist die gesamte Ausstattung hervorragend- im Endeffekt ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Kommunikation und Abstimmung im Vorfeld war ebenso unkompliziert als auch sehr freundlich. Wir können das Ferienhaus in allen Bereichen nur weiterempfehlen! Sowohl hinsichtlich der Lage, der Ausstattung als auch der Abwicklung im Vorfeld und vor Ort. Ein stilvolles und mit Geschmack eingerichtetes Haus - man fühlt sich als Gast wertgeschätzt - wir hatten einen richtig schönen und entspannten Urlaub! Einfach perfekt! Ein wunderschönes und top ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Danke!

Tolles Ferienhaus der Extraklasse

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind für eine Woche am Chiemsee und waren wirklich begeistert von diesem Ferienhaus. Es ist perfekt für 5-6 Personen und bietet genug Platz mit 3 Schlafzimmern im OG. Alle Räume sind sehr schön eingerichtet und sorgen für einen absoluten Wohlfühlfaktor. Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vor allem die Küchenutensilien lassen fast nichts vermissen. Da wir leider eher durchwachsenes, regnerisches Wetter während unserem Aufenthalt hatten, waren wir froh so eine schöne Unterkunft zu haben. Der Check-In und die Schlüsselübergabe hat wirklich vorbildlich funktioniert und auch die Abreise war super unkompliziert. Positiv zu erwähnen sind die Fliegengitter an den Fenstern im Obergeschoss sodass man nachts von Mücken verschont bleibt. Rimsting ist ein super zentraler Startpunkt für alle möglichen Ausflüge (Chiemsee, Salzburg, Wendelsteinhöhle, Salzbergwerk usw.) Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir würden dieses Ferienhaus immer wieder weiterempfehlen.

Herrlicher Urlaub

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in diesem Haus und auch dieses Mal war es ein wunderbarer Urlaub! Das Haus war außerordentlich sauber, schön eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht in sehr guter Qualität. Die Betten sind sehr gut, der Garten zwar klein, aber zum draußen Essen und Sitzen super! Auch die Sonnenliegen wurden gern genutzt und die Sicht auf die Berge ist schön! Der Bäcker ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, der nächste Supermakt 3 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch die Nachbarin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Räder sind super und wurden gern genutzt, der See ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Rad zu erreichen! Wir kommen gerne wieder in diese vielseitige Urlaubsregion und in dieses schöne Haus!

Perfekter Urlaub

Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben: sehr sauber und ist perfekt fuer einen Familien Urlaub oder Urlaub mit Freunden. Die Schluesseluebergabe war perfekt geregelt ueber die freundliche Nachbarin Frau Hoffman. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienwohnung in der man sich Zuhause fühlt

Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach toll. Beschreibung trifft vollkommen zu. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Sauberkeit top. Einrichtung modern und gemütlich. Geschmackvolle Deko. Es wird wirklich an alles gedacht. Sämtliche Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir viele Kleinigkeiten. Genügend Handtücher auch zum Wechseln. Frisches Olivenöl handabgefüllt, Kaffeefilter, Teefilter, genügend Gewürze und nichts abgelaufen, Geschirrspültabs reichten für zwei Wochen Urlaub, Handseifen an jedem Waschbecken, alles zum Abwaschen da. Genügend Geschirr, so dass nicht täglich die Maschine laufen muss, ich kann die Liste beliebig weiterführen. So hatten wir das noch nie! Übergabe war super. Die Nachbarin erklärt alles perfekt und gibt auch gerne Auskunft über Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Hätte ich eine Ferienwohnung, ich würde sie genauso anbieten. Alles top. Auch die Fahrräder waren super praktisch. Sonnenschirme, Grill, es fehlt nichts. Ich kann die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus, Top Ausstattung, empfehlenswert

Ein wunderschönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Die Küche war top eingerichtet und es waren sogar viele Dinge (Gewürze, Kakao, Kaffeekapseln, Tee,Öl, Balsamico usw) waren vor Ort. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Die Betten sehr komfortabel. Die Lage ist gut, Geschäfte und Restaurants nah. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Haus nur empfehlen.
