The renovated Stella holiday home is modern and lovingly furnished. It is on the outskirts, but everything is easily accessible on foot: bakery 150m, supermarket 700m, restaurant 300m, Chiemsee 800m.
The closer surroundings and the close proximity to the lake are ideal for trips by bike or long walks.
For those who are more active, there are countless options, from boat rentals in Prien am Chiemsee (3 km), golf courses in the vicinity, climbing parks, hiking or skiing in the mountains to kayaking on the Alz. There is also a diverse cultural offer: Festival at Herrenchiemsee Castle, concerts at Amerang Castle or opera festival at Gut Immling, etc
