Welcome to the Bassin d'Arcachon! With family or friends, our villa with heated swimming pool (in summer season from 01/06 to 30/09) will be your haven of rest and good times shared as well as a starting point to discover or (re)discover the Bay of Arcachon in all its facets: beaches, markets, Dune du Pyla, ports and oyster huts, oak and pine forests, Teich ornithological reserve, Lake Cazaux, Gujan golf course, bike rides, all sports and water activities...

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, the environment is very quiet and not overlooked, 70m from the coast and cycle paths. All amenities less than 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bike.

With its 92m², the house has: - A large living room of more than 50 m2 with access to the terraces, including a lounge area-TV (massage chair) and fireplace, dining area, dining area and well-equipped kitchen (convection oven, induction hob, dishwasher, combined fridge-freezer, wine cellar, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, microwave oven, etc.). – a pantry with storage, - washing machine, dryer, iron...
1 bathroom with walk-in shower - 3 bedrooms with 160/200 beds and storage cupboards for clothes in each.

In the large enclosed landscaped garden of 800 m2, you will benefit from a large terrace around the pool and its heated outdoor shower, sunbeds, dining area, barbecue. Boulodrome and 2nd off-centre terrace: children's or teenagers' corner with ping-pong table at the back of a closed and secure garage with 4 bicycles available to travellers free of charge.

Une maison de plain pied comme on les aime : propre, chaleureuse, bien entretenue et très bien équipée. 3 chambres de bonne grandeur avec des lits 160, une salle de douche avec une grande douche, une cuisine pratique, un "immense" canapé, un jardin bien clos pour que notre petit chien ne se sauve pas. Tout cela dans un environnement hyper calme, proche du centre ville à pied, avec un Hyper U à 3 km. Nathalie et Laurent sont des propriétaires charmants et hyper disponibles sans s'imposer.Le Bassin d'Arcachon est une source inépuisable de promenades, que ce soit en bord de mer ou en forêt.Cerise sur le gâteau : les huitres sont délicieuses.Idéal pour des vacances reposantes.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits à la Villa, nous avons tout aimé de notre séjour. L’accueil des hôtes,la propreté des lieux,la piscine chauffée pour relaxer à la fin de nos journées, la Villa est situé dans un quartier tranquille près de tous les sites interessants.Nous recommandons cette location.Marc et Danielle

Bienvenu à la Villa Launa

Location haut de gamme où tout est bien pensé. Extérieur, le rêve : piscine chauffée à 29°c, boulodrome, table de ping-pong, etc. Nos hôtes Nathalie et Laurent à notre arrivée, nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux. Deux personnes adorables et bienveillantes. Nous reviendrons !

Super séjour

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette magnifique maison hyper équipée avec tout le confort nécessaire. Laurent et Nathalie ont été adorables et aux petits soins pour nous faire plaisir. Petite incompréhension pour la procédure et l'heure de remise des clefs mais tout s'est finalement bien terminé. Nous recommandons à 100%!
