Oversized LUXURY 891 sq. ft. Master One Bedroom with Central A/C, Master Bath with tub and shower. LARGEST FLOOR PLAN FOR ONE BEDROOMS AT CAPITOL PEAK. Note: the other one bedrooms tend to be a lot smaller. Great large balcony with views. This Base Village Unit offers the best of ski-in, ski-out location in Snowmass located in the best building A, right next door to Kids Ski School. Steps from the Base Village Mall with restaurants, shopping, and right between the Elk Camp Gondola and Snowmass 6 person Chairlift. The unit is located in Capitol Peak 2A, which is the building that is right next to the Tree House (Kids ski school building). Note: Capitol Building A is the best building to be in at Capitol Peak Lodge, it right between the Elk Camp Gondola and the 6 person chairlift. The other buildings at Capitol Peak are farther away from the slopes, restaurants, ski school, and lifts. Trust me, Building C is way to far to walk in ski boots. THE UNIT ALSO HAS A QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA, ALLOWING 4 PEOPLE MAXIMUM.. WINTER RATES ALSO INCLUDE DAILY HOUSEKEEPING and Summer rates every other day (up to an hour max. for one housekeeper). (monthly rental includes 2 hours/week).

The unit comes furnished turnkey down to the silverware (built new in 2008). Location, Location, and Location! Also, w/d in unit, parking space in parking garage, elevator right to unit, 2 hot tubs,, and complete fitness area. Just 50 feet from the Elk Camp Gondola. No pets or smoking. hotel safe. *** Don't be fooled by the other Snowmass condos that were built in the 1970's. They may be remodeled but still have thin walls, thin floors, old plumbing, heating, and a lot of stairs. No matter how much you remodel it, they don't compare to these 2008 built luxury units. And the location to the kids ski school, lifts, shopping, and restaurants cannot be beat.

Living room has smart HD cable TV that has Netflix, Amazon Prime, U-Tube and TV and movies through XFINITY. Bedroom also has HD TV with TV and movies through XFINITY.

This Snowmass base village condo is well equipped, clean and convenient. The owner was extremely helpful in making sure we were comfortable and satisfied with the accommodations. Amazing location to walk around the village and mountain area. Bus system easy to get to Aspen and other mountains. Highly recommend this place.

Great condo at the base of elk gondola

The location can’t be beat! It is only a few feet to get to the gondola, snowmass village stores and restaurants! It was also great to have a parking spot for the car all week. The response from the owner was helpful and prompt. I would gladly stay here again!

This property is perfect and extremely high end. It's location couldn't be better, literally just a few yards from the Elk gondola in the center of Snowmass Village. We had daily room service, which was flawless. Property manager is hands on and communication was extremely efficient, from booking to check-out. Will certainly try to stay here again next season!

First time with VBRO. Great building. Fantastic location. Huge Ski locker right next to the door which open up to a direct view of the gondola. We traveled with a 4 &8 year old kids. Our 4 year old was in ski school around the corner at tree house. Parking was heated in the lower level parking lot. Overall nice place with the best location.

Amazing ski in ski out condo

Lovely ski in ski out condo apartment. Decently size for a family of 4. Full size kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Village is awesome. Kids enjoyed game lounge, ice skating, s’mores and many more. The best thing is it’s all free. They spent hours in the village after skiing everyday. Condo is clean, comfy and quiet. Highly recommended!

Very nice coming home to a clean condo after a day of skiing. Ski lockers were in perfect location making it extremely easy to get on the slopes. Would rent again! Lovely condo and awesome location!

We're a family of 4 and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The owner communicates very well prior to arrival and he's easy to contact while you're there, if necessary. The condo was clean and the location is fantastic for skiing - just steps from the gondola and lift. The ice rink and restaurants are a short walk. The giant underground parking is a confusing maze, but the owner gives detailed directions on how to navigate that. Highly recommend!

This unit was perfect for my husband and me. Bottle of wine upon arrival :) Had leisurely breakfasts in the condo each morning...even came back a couple days for lunch...that’s how close we were to the gondola. True ski in ski out! Great ski terrain, lots of wonderful dining options. Can’t wait to go back next year!

We had a great stay at Snowmass. The condo is a great size for a couple and the access was as-advertised, a 30 second walk to the elk gondola. Parking was right downstairs and easy. There are two hot tubs that are a little less hot than I'd prefer but still fine for us. All in all a great experience.
