This apartment of 82m2 + 52m ² of terrace offers you a magnificent view on the sea as well as on the islands of Lérins.
CANNES :
A very popular Provencal market which offers every morning (except Monday), a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, flowers, local fishing or many clothes and various products.
Its port, its beaches ......
The apartment is ideally located on the boulevard Carnot, its location is perfect to take advantage of the must-sees of Cannes:
- Palais des festivals: 18 mins on foot / 9 mins by taxi-car / bus
- Beaches: 20 mins walk / 9 mins by taxi-car
- Supermarkets: 5 mins walk / 5 mins drive
- Restaurants/bars: 1 min walk
This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people
-2 bedrooms, new high quality bedding, each with a terrace (1 bed 160 X 2 meters and 2 beds 90 X 2 meters. Each room has its own flat screen television.
-1 large living room, lounge with large bay windows
-Equipped kitchen (microwave, electric oven, induction cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, dishes etc.) with direct access to a terrace.
-1 bathroom with bathtub and natural light (hair dryer), 1 shower room / WC (hair dryer)
At your disposal: Ironing board and iron, washing machine and dryer
-Bright apartment with east and west orientation
A fully equipped and comfortable apartment with a view of the sea and the hinterland. A small corner of paradise nicely decorated. Modern decoration redone in 2017.
Terraces with trees of 52 m2 (automatic watering) equipped (deckchairs, garden furniture etc ...).
Blinds on all the terraces. One facing East for the morning sun and West for the afternoon sun.
Electric shutters on all the windows. Centralization of the closings possible.

The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules.
Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes.
We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best.
We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability :
- Early check-ins
- Airport transfers
- Welcoming in person on site
The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day.
It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed.
The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat.
If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee.
We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
If during your stay something were to be damaged or broken by you or another guest staying with you please report it right away, if you have the possibility and you are able to, we kindly ask you to replace it with a similar or identical item and send us a picture.
- If you bring an animal into the flat, we will charge you 150€
- If you smoke inside the flat, we will charge you 100€
- If you party or make to much noise, we will charge you 200€
