The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 165 m² house for rent in Graye-sur-Mer, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It has a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). There is also a garden of around 500 m²! Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A bright, south-west-facing 40 m² living room with sofa, armchairs, dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC

Half floor
- Bedroom 1: A master suite with queen-size bed (160×190), shower room and WC

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: One queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: Double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: Double sofa bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside :

- A 40 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

Activities:

During your stay in Normandy, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of activities: walking, the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, casino, visit to the Juno Beach museum, Arromanches artificial harbour...
You can stroll around the market twice a week and the fish market every morning.

The house is ideally located in Graye-sur-Mer, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. You will benefit from being close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (2 vehicles), at the entrance to the garage (3 vehicles) and in the allotment...

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Caen, about 24 km away (30 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, about 22 km away (30 min by car)

Other remarks :
- A key box is at your disposal so that you can move in independently. It is located on the front of the Terres de Nacre Conciergerie in Courseulles (about 2 km from the accommodation).
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Free Wi-Fi available.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Access to the upstairs terraces is not permitted. Please use the garden and ground floor terrace only.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
