This is an independent villa with grill gates on all sides of the house, boundary walls all around the property and an grill gate to access the property. It is within a secure gated compound of 80+ villas and six such gated compounds comprise the residential township of 50 Acres called Vasanth Vihar which is a very well managed residential community. The entire house comes fully furnished with sofas, dining table with chairs, kitchen cabinets, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave over, mixer-grinder, kettle, toaster, grill sandwich maker, waffle-maker, garden chairs, bookshelf, shoe rack etc. and has adequate basic supplies in the kitchen along with a wide variety of crockery, cutlery and cocktail glasses.

This independent villa is 2000 sq ft built on the ground floor on a 3600 sq ft plot. The house has mosquito-proofing on all avenues of entry. Uninterrupted water supply is available 24 hours. Electricity is also available 24 hours and for occasional power outage there is inverter in the villa. There is highspeed internet in the house. After about 1 km (after crossing Decathlon on the left) you will reach Vidya Nagar cross (or intersection) where you need to turn left. Go for about 1 km, cross Venkateshwara College and turn into the road immediately after the college on the right; it leads to Vasanth Vihar AWHO. Inform Security at Pocket 1 that you are the guest of Colonel Deepak, Villa # 20. Caretaker will hand over the keys on-site. Everything is in new or perfect working condition.
