About this property

This 1920's two flat across the street from the Rock River is just minutes from downtown Dixon, the bike trail, Nachusa Grasslands, White Pines, Castle Rock and Franklin Creek State Park! The second story unit has it's own entrance and offers spectacular river/tree top views. The unit includes a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, bedroom, sunroom, den, along with a yoga/workout room with roll out futon and bedding . Long Term rentals of more than 5 days are limited to 1 person. The space has lots of windows and natural light along with an open floor plan. Den has a roku smart TV and high speed wi-fi . There is a separate washer and dryer in basement for the upstairs unit. Guests can sit out on side patio. Grill available.

Perfect location with turn-of-the-century charm

Charming apartment with hard wood floors and french doors. Some of the features may date from the turn-of-the-century, but everything worked well and made for a very comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and picturesque, located close to downtown, running path to Lowell Park, and the Y.
