Property is much much larger than it initially appears. Very cute and felt homey. The whole stay was less than half the cost of staying in a hotel and was ideal for my work travel.

Family vacation

David was a great host. He answered all questions right away. The area is very quiet, neighbors speak as they walk around. We all felt very safe in the home. Located in a great spot to get around. Will definitely stay here again.

very comfortable house in a hip area

i was here to take care of cleaning out a storage space i left behind when i left Texas so not a fun reason but the house was near storage - clean and comfortable-the listing mentioned the proximity to a freight train track which might really bother some folks but i got used to it, and better the sound of a train occasionally than a loud bar. the kitchen was well appointed and the beds comfy

The only complaint I would have is the beds I slept in all of them and all soooo uncomfortable and the listing didn’t mention the train that right across the street you can hear all day and night . Other than that it was a nice experience

Cute townhome in the arts district

Nice property in the arts district - within walking distance to Spring Street bike trail, food/coffee/ restaurants (Sawyer Yards, etc.), art studios, and Target. Clean property. Enough space for 6 adults or a large family given 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. Along the railroad track but sound is not a major disturbance. Neighborhood is nice though a couple properties next to the unit are rundown (other post mentions this). Would stay again!

Great home

We booked this for UofH graduation weekend, so we had multiple adults from 56-81 staying here. It's a fantastic property for that age span, as my mom who is 81 was in the main level bedroom, my wife and I were in the Main bedroom upstairs and two sisters -in-law shared the "bunk" room upstairs, and we all had our own bathroom. The home was super clean and very well stocked down to q-tips in the baths. The rest of the home was very comfortable with multiple seating areas in the living/dining space. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was also very well stocked, and it had a super nice oven/gas stove. The train is directly across the small road, and the places around it are a bit rundown, hence the 4 star on location. But, after the first night, we didn't really have an issue with the train. Overall, definitely would recommend this home.
