Beautiful house on the Ottawa River, located 1 hour from Ottawa and 1 hour from Montreal. This four season cottage has everything you could possibly need to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Either relax on hammock or enjoy ziplining, do fishing from deck or enjoy Kayaking and Canoe.

Traversier Lefaivre ferry which is only 3 minutes from Cottage, connect to Montebello (ice bridge open in winter) .

My family and I had the best time. Words cannot describe how beautiful, peaceful, and quiet it was. The cottege was so comfortable, inviting, and cozy. The view was the best part. I spent a lot of time outside enjoying thr Ottawa river. Seeing the jetskiis, hoovercrafts, boats go by and geese fly overhead. I miss it already.

Excellent

Very clean and easy to access from Montreal and Ottawa. Winter ice bridge makes for easy access to Montebello. Beautiful setting along the river!

Maison agréable mais manquait beaucoup d’items nécessaires ex: gants de bain, tire-bouchon, bouchon de bain, etc. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont sommaires et usées, les serviettes de bain en quantité limite et elles sont tachées. Plusieurs petits détails agaçants (ex: vêtements des propriétaires et souliers dans les placards, trous dans le mur de la salle de bain, etc.) qui font que cet endroit ne peut recevoir un 5 étoiles. Un petit investissement d’argent pour fournir décemment en ustensile et en serviettes de tout genre, et de temps pour boucher les trous et autres renos mineures ferait toute la différence. Les plus: propriétaire répond rapidement aux textos, un bel endroit sur le bord de la rivière, une grande maison agréable, une tyrolienne où les enfants peuvent s’amuser. Pour l’ensemble, 3.5 sur 5.
