Peaceful & fashionable guest house. Self-contained with 1 bedroom (Queen Bed), walk-in shower, washer/dryer, closet space for all of your attire, full kitchen with refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, dining table, & living room with a 50" TV. It is a short drive to all of your adventures, & very close to the airport.

Private outdoor area behind the guest house. No smoking of any kind allowed Inside; Smoking out back is fine.
SECURITY CAMERAS ON PREMISES-OUTSIDE ONLY
**Very friendly Dogs on Premises, but in a separate enclosed area with a gate.**

Cute guesthouse with all the amenities needed for a short or long term stay. Our stay was pretty quiet, we came and went as we pleased with no problems. The area is near everything in one way or another. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cute, small ADU with great location

This home had everything we needed for a quick one week stay for work and sports camp with our son. The AC was cold, the home was clean and decorated nicely, and communication with the owner was top-notch.

Lovely decor, clean and comfortable and well-equipped, too. Savanna has provided many thoughtful extras, like a basket of coffee ☕️ pods. A great value! I’ll stay here again while visiting family.

Best Little Guest House in Medford Oregon

From start to finish, Savanna and Jake were welcoming and very clear on the entire process. The cost per night is so inexpensive I thought it was a misprint. I was able to reach Savanna right away when I had questions. The guest house was exactly as it is pictured on the app. No traffic, no loud neighbors and a comfortable bed were the perfect recipe for a sound sleep. If I ever need a place to stay when I return, Savanna and Jake will be my number 1 choice!

Savanna was an exceptional host. Communication was easy and quick. She went far beyond to make my stay at Medford as comfortable as possible. For the price of the location, it’s more than a deal. It’s less than 15 minutes from any destination in Medford. It was super clean, it was a lot bigger than I thought it’d be, and it was hooked up with amenities. Savanna even went as far as to provide shampoo/conditioner, a bar soap, a razor, feminine products, towels, blankets, and even foil paper and zip lock bags in case you wanted a home cooked meal. Literally, everything you need is there. The cherry on top was that right when I walked in, the whole place smelled like Christmas. I’m definitely going to book this place again the next time I go visit Medford.

Small but roomy

I will provide the pros and cons as I would hope folks would do that for me as reading reviews. Cons: This is a small place. I think it's a converted garage or something, but they did make great use of the space. The oven is super small and smoke a little when we used it. The neighborhood is not in the area for my taste and there was a dog barking frequently for the first few days we were there, but for the price it was workable. Pros: The bed was pretty comfortable, washer/dryer and TV all worked great. Savannah was easy to work with and easy access to the place. All and all we had a good stay while waiting for our home to be ready.

Charming and cozy stay for a weekend getaway

This one bedroom is so cozy and adorable. We enjoyed our time. We did a moms getaway and found the place to be well stocked and charming! I wish I could afford to come for many weekend-away trips. ☺️We enjoyed watching good old sci fi, the XFiles, and enjoyed home cooked meals in the well stocked kitchen. Nice refrigerator, stove, kitchen...loved it all. Savanna kept good communication. All we can say is thanks.

Family Visit

This is a wonderful place to stay! Very cozy and comfortable. The pictures are exactly what it looks like. My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights and it was perfectly located to everything. Savannah was a great host. She responded very quickly anytime I sent a message. The booking, checking in, and checking out process was super easy. We would definitely stay here again.
