This beautiful home is only a few miles from I-15, so you can experience all Southern Utah has to offer within a short drive! Soak up some sun at Sand Hollow Reservoir, Hike the amazing trails at Zion National Park, or explore the nearby mountains searching for petroglyphs and fossils. If you want to spend the day indoors, challenge each other to a game on the Nintendo Switch or play a few rounds of Shuffleboard. You won't find another place as amazing as this one!
This newly built 5 bedroom / 4 bathroom home, can comfortably accommodate 20 guests. When you do muster the energy to start your day, a fully equipped kitchen awaits and provides the opportunity to cook a big breakfast, lunch, or dinner. If you decide you'd like to barbecue, there is a grill on the back patio for you to use. This home is packed with amenities to entertain everyone! Hang out in the temperature-controlled garage equipped with a 75" TV and scooters. Watch a movie on one or all of the 8 Smart TVs included in this home. This home is perfect for little ones!
