Large house dating from 1698, fully restored. It comprises 3 floors, 2 parking spaces, and a small terrace. Ground floor: large living room with sofa, table, and 6 chairs (heated by a pellet stove), a large utility room with 4 adult bicycles, pétanque balls, and Breton palet (a Breton game). Freezer, washing machine, and dryer. Ground floor: large, fully equipped kitchen with table and 4 chairs, heated by a fireplace, 1 double bedroom with electric heating, and 1 bathroom with toilet. Second floor: toilet, large bedroom for 4 to 6 people with 2 double beds and 1 double sofa bed, heated by electric heating. PGJyPg - Outdoor garden furniture for 6 people, parasol, large barbecue. PGJyPg - Very cool house in summer located at the end of a lane (very little traffic and few neighbors). PGJyPg - Close to Pont d'Ouilly and Roche d'Oëtre, Vélo Francette and GR de la Suisse Normande.
