Experience the warmth and comfort of a home in our contemporary, bright and modernly designed townhome! City and skyline views can be enjoyed from the living area and master bedroom windows, as well as the rooftop deck. This place is perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even those in the city for business!
The space
This place is located in Capitol Hill - 13 mins away from Seattle Center, 6 mins to Frye Art Museum, 8 mins to Seattle Public Library-Central Library, 10 mins to Emerald City History Walks, as well as Wings Over Washington and The Seattle Great Wheel. It is also surrounded by different bars and restaurants.

This is a four-level home with a small bedroom and hallway bathroom on the ground level, a kitchen, living area and dining area on the second level, master bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and laundry closet on the third level, and rooftop deck access on the fourth level.

The first-floor bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a twin XL bunk bed and the third-floor bedroom has a California King-sized bed - which makes this place comfortably hosts up to 5 guests!

The kitchen and living room area are fully equipped with everything you need to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working. There are also 2 full workstations with office chairs - perfect setup for those who are working from home!

I have full sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!

The house also includes high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TV with Chromecast and Netflix access where you can log in to your own account.

Other amenities you can enjoy during your stay: ground-floor yard, cornhole, outdoor dining table, and roof deck access with seating. A free street parking permit is also included with the unit.

** The city picks up garbage from our unit on Friday mornings (we provide earplugs). If you're staying on Thursday night, I might ask your help putting the garbage cans out front. Thank you in advance!

*This unit features two mini-split AC units—one in the living room and another in the master bedroom.
