Greetings my name is Ricardo Picena, originally born and raised in Dallas Texas then at 10 my parents moved us out here to the county of Kaufman… been enjoying living here since!

I believe in taking care of myself and helping those around me that help me… this unique artist home is a safe place for anyone that wants to have a safe place to stay and have a roof over their head.

What makes this property unique

This building is almost 100 years old, it’s been well taken care of. It’s been many other businesses before, but I finally decided to turn it into a home and express my artistic creative side in doing so. Working with what I have and making it as unique as possible.
