Blue Ridge Lodge is located on 71.77 acres with 9.6 of those acres being the beautiful fish-stocked, Tiger Lake.

The lodge is situated along a quiet, waterfront on a private lake. This custom designed spacious 5-bedroom home is designed to provide lifelong memories for your family. Looking through the lodge’s windows, the panoramic view of the lake will take your breath away. Just imagine when you step out on the property or one of the decks, how much more fulfilling the view will be.

Enjoy a convenient weekend getaway, a fishing trip, a business retreat, or a lengthy family gathering. In addition, the lodge’s spacious rooms, or outdoor area are the perfect place for small weddings and family reunions which are welcomed and encouraged. This lodge offers a breathtaking view and atmosphere for that special occasion.

The open concept main level of the house features: One full bath, with washer/dryer. Three seating areas. Two dining areas provides seating for twelve (12). A fully stocked kitchen includes basic seasonings and kitchen supplies such as a crock pot, toaster, coffee maker and coffee.

EXTERIOR:
The three levels of our lodge each presents decks/outdoor entertainment areas, with numerous eating/seating arrangements, each overlooking the scenic of the lake and the surrounding properties.

The lodge provides a fire pit which is perfect for those cool nights, as you enjoy cooking on the gas grill (propane provided).

We welcome fishermen and have the perfect drive for the boat trailers. This property does NOT have a boat ACCESS into the private lake; however, Sportsman’s Lodge & Marina, a full-service facility, is located 1.4 miles away. Here you can rent a boat and have access into the Kentucky Lake.

Large Events: Weddings/Family Reunions are allowed. Additional (event/guest fees are required. PLEASE NOTE: Please contact the host on wedding/large group rentals, prior to a booking, because of the added charges for this type of event.

The lodge is pet friendly with a $150 pet fee (dogs only, 1 max)

NOTE: The property contains stairs with no elevator. Guests with limited mobility should be mindful of this.

NOTE: This property features 1 exterior security camera: a camera is located by the front door facing the porch, The camera is outward facing and does not provide interior space viewing. This helps monitor the number of guests visiting the property.

All trash goes in the outside trash bins. If any furniture, interior or exterior, has been moved, please move it back to its original position Please put canoes back under the porch.

My family rented this home for a cousin’s reunion and everything was perfect for our group. The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The internet connection worked great. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. We have zero complaints and will definitely rent this house again in the future for another extended family vacation.

Parents anniversary trip

It was wonderful. The location is so nice and peaceful. We went to the Kenlake resort bridge for fireworks as it was the 4th of July weekend. We cooked all meals in the wonderful, fully stocked kitchen. There was plenty of space for our family of 12 and the kids loved exploring the private pond. We loved kayaking and fishing on the pond. It was perfect!

KY lake house

This home is beautiful. We had 9 adults & 1 child & were all very comfortable. There is plenty of room!! There are so many places to sit & gather both inside & outside. The house was super clean. We had fun fishing & kayaking on the lake. Kentucky lake is a short drive away.

Thanksgiving Family Time

This is a gorgeous house. It is well stocked and plenty of space to spread out. The dock area and lake is a wonderful perk and even in the winter we were able to hike, fish and explore. There are grocery stores not far and we really enjoyed this family time there.

Stayed the week at this amazing property. When we pulled up the driveway we knew we made a great choice. Owners were prompt and had everything ready to go. If you ever wanted a private oasis this is it.

Beautiful Property

Great house! Very clean, updated (everything seemed new), fresh and welcoming. Fully stocked with everything we needed and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The owner thought of everything and our stay far exceeded our expectations! Kids loved hiking on the property and seeing deer and also enjoyed fishing. We are definitely planning to go again!

Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful vacation! We had 6 adults, 3 teens and 6 kids and everyone was comfortable and happy! Great access to Kentucky Lake but we loved the personal lake in the backyard even more. It was a great touch to have the kayaks, dock for fishing and rafts. The kitchen was very well stocked with kitchen supplies so that we didn’t have to eat out at all. We didn’t need anything during the stay but the hosts were very commutative leading up to the vacation. It was an idyllic trip!

Great getaway for family and friends

Hosted a small event on the property with friends and family that were staying nearby while 14 of us stayed in the house. Wonderful house and the lake was perfect. We loved all the lounge areas, fire pit, and how open the house is. The ice machine and stand up freezer were great to have. We did not want to leave because of how gorgeous everything was. Tons of wildlife from deer, eagles, to turtles. The Host was very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly for us. We hope to be back in the future.

An Unforgettable Stay

Best Vacay Ever!!!

Every few years my parents, siblings, and nieces and nephews rent one big house for a week and just hang out. This house, land, and accommodations were perfect! With the private pond we could fish, kayak, swim, or just relax. My dad never left the lower porch area and said he had the best time. There was plenty of room for all 17 of us ranging in age from 4 to 66. There were plenty of spaces in the house to be able to have some alone time but also spaces where larger groups could hang out. The property feels very secluded but in just a short drive there are plenty of resources and things to do. Amanda the co-host was very responsive and took care of a little water issue right away! We were very pleased with the communication and prompt attention! I took a poll on everyone's favorite thing from the trip and these are the responses: Swimming, Lake, Train Museum, Kayaking, Walking around the Lake, Fishing, Boating, Food, Peaceful, Pink Floyd Laser Show, and Giving Grandpa a Pedicure!

Lakeside Enchantment

This is an exceptional property. The lake and surrounding woods are beautiful and filled with wildlife. The house was immaculate, the accommodations were ample and it was well stocked. Amanda and Eugene were gracious hosts who are really focused on making sure their guests have an experience to remember. I highly recommend this property. It is perfect for a large family and/or a special family event.

Plenty of room

My group had a great time. There were plenty of rooms/beds and no one around to complain if we got a bit boisterous in the evening. The private lake was nice and very clean and clear of algae, etc, especially given the time of year (late summer). We had a blast, would definitely stay here agin.

The best

I’m almost reluctant to share my true feelings because once everyone knows how unbelievable this place is, it’ll stay booked all the time. Seriously, everything about it is amazing. The location, house, furnishings, cleanliness, owners, the private lake…perhaps the best overall experience I’ve had at a rental. We were a crew of boat guys, and the main reason we stayed in the area was to get out on Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley. Despite trailering a boat up from Nashville (and even renting a slip at the very nearby marina), the boat never left the driveway. We loved the house and private lake so much, we just stayed put. We all plan on coming back with wives and kids very soon.

Relaxing and Beautiful!

My family loved the week we spent at this property. The house is large, beautiful, and very clean. We brought kayaks, fishing poles, and pool floats with us. We spent time enjoying the private lake every day. There is a rugged trail that goes around the lake. We walked, ran, and 4-wheeled in a jeep...lots of fun! The kitchen is very well stocked. Everything we needed to cook for a large family of 17 was there. No need to take pans or bowls. The property manager, Amanda, was very responsive and great to work with! This house is perfect for large groups.

Perfect Lake Retreat House

We had a perfect week at this VRBO home. The house was wonderful. It is large enough to accommodate our entire family, children and grandchildren. The kitchen was great for preparing large meals and eating together. The setting was unbelievable! The house is set on a 10 acre lake by itself surrounded by woods. The dock allowed us to go both swimming and fishing. Views were phenomenal. Tons of windows and three decks allowed us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Secluded

Our group consisted of 5 couples. We could not have asked for a better experience. The house itself was amazing and had more room than we could use. The lake was perfect and we spent most of our time in and around the lake. The property is secluded and we had multiple sightings of deer, turkeys and a multitude of bird species. I wold highly suggest bringing a fishing pole or two. We are definitely planning on coming back next year.
