This house offers an old West feel, but has all the modern amenities for your convenience. This home has a fully-stocked kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room with a Smart TV, and a lovely back yard with a barbecue area and patio seating. Brand-new furniture throughout!

You’re just one block from Dayton’s historic Main Street, and a short drive from Sheridan or the beautiful Bighorn Mountains.

The Space:

You will have full access and use of the house 24 hours per day. Feel free to come and go as you wish by using the convenient keypad.

For parking at this property, there is plentiful space in front of the house for a full size truck and trailer. There is also a gravel parking pad just off the back patio that fits two full size vehicles. The house is located on a quiet street just one block from Main Street in Dayton.

Please note that this house has been thoroughly disinfected after each booking to comply with all recommended CDC guidelines. The hosts pride themselves on maintaining an ultra-clean, beautiful house.

As this property is located in a friendly neighborhood, guests are expected to lower noise levels after 10:00 pm.

Lock the doors
Place all used towels in the bathtub or the shower in each bathroom.

Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it. Dishwashing pods are under the sink.

This is the best VRBO that we have stayed at. Everything on the website is accurate for what is in the house. It is extremely clean and well stocked with everything that you would need, a beautiful yard with a nice concrete back patio and on a quiet street in town. Excellent place to stay!!

Our stay here in Dayton was amazing. The house was beautiful and the hosts were amazing. We will definitely be staying there again. The had everything we needed for our vacation. A beautiful yard for the small children to play and ggames for the adults. We were greeted with a beautiful deer when we arrived and a momma deer and her twin babies when we were loading up to leave. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting a beautiful place to stay in Dayton.

Our 7 night stay at the Cowboy Cottage was excellent. The property was as shown in the listing. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay and the hosts even left some snacks for us to enjoy. We had Mule Deer in the backyard almost every night, which were a pleasure to watch. We would recommend the Cowboy Cottage to anyone visiting the area in the Big Horn Mountains!

I stayed here with my wife, dad, uncle, and their wives for a family reunion in town and I couldn’t have booked a better place to stay. The owner, Aric was friendly, responsive, and ensured we had everything we needed. Check-in and check out was a breeze and the location was great! Cowboy Cottage was the perfect home base while visiting family and attending a roping at Eaton's Ranch. The home is beautifully decorated and well maintained, inside and out. It was spacious for our group of 5 and included everything we could have needed - and then some! The beds were comfortable, the showers had great water pressure, and we enjoyed the thoughtful assortment of coffee/teas and tasty snacks. The host was extremely kind and very responsive. We visit the area at least once a year and definitely plan to stay here again. Thank you!

There is a reason this VRBO has such good ratings. It is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect for exploring the Bighorn mountains and the town of Sheridan. We enjoyed hiking, fly fishing and driving ATV's.The house is spacious and nicely decorated. The beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and the home has a nice grill. The outdoor space has a nice patio, yard games and small fire pit. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. We hope to come here again.

Really enjoyed our stay. The hosts thought of everything. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Great little town in a scenic setting. Get your supplies in Sheridan beforehand. Groceries are limited in town but visiting the Mercantile for a treat and a keepsake was fun.

Close to the Bighorns!

Great location for our group. We trailered up to different trailheads daily to snowmobile. It was great to have an entire house to come back to and hangout as a group. The property manager Aric, was prompt to communicate and very helpful!
