Room smelled clean and the carpets were well maintained. The pillows could have been bigger and the shower head needs an upgrade. Overall great stay.

Hotel was not kept well. Floor was dirty in room. Bathroom had mold, ripped shower curtain, looked to have been repainted a lot due to moisture. I asked for change for laundry room and they didn't have any. Would not stay here again.

Took very long to check in; 5-8 minutes per person, even with a standing reservation.Room had no working television and phone kept blinking red for messages, but no directions on how to retrieve and when I tried to call the front desk, no dial tone. We were told parking was free, but had to pay 15 a day

Room was clean and well appointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice having transport to Disney, but would be helpful to have more than 1 time option. The pool was beautiful. Breakfast could have been better, it was just adequate.

We arrived early before check in time with a request put in a few weeks before for early check in. The front desk worker said I could not check in early because my reservation was just made. (I made my reservation 6 months prior)so I waited then had to ask if there was somewhere to store luggage so we could go eat. Very unhelpful

very much a 3-4 star. The rooms were clean and the water pressure was amazing. The pillows felt like pieces of foam broken up and shoved into a pillow case. Beware of hidden fees... there is a daily fee (forgot what they called it) and a fee to park your car. Front desk only ever had 1 person there and too many people taking up her time. I was overcharged for a day with a car when I hadn't even picked it up yet.... but too long of a line to get 20 back. Breakfast was not great - good mini muffins but powdered eggs (or something like that), burnt sausage patties...2 cereals to choose from...meh. Pool is not heated. Elevator broken.

When we got into our room, the musty smell was terrible. Noticed the shower head was leaking and would not stop. Woke up the next morning to a cockroach in the sink, and the front desk didn’t think it was a big deal. Asked them to some and spray and they said they couldn’t. Will never be back and hoping for some sort of credit on our room. It was terrible.

Trashy. Shower curtain was torn and the rod was falling off the wall, floor was dirty when we got there, half a roll of toilet paper so it was previously used... trash behind the bed and the mattresses were springs but you roll towards the edge when laying on it from so much use. Just to check in took over an hour with 2 people in front of us at the front desk. I shouldn't have to check in to a hotel when im renting on the vrbo app, thats ridiculous...
