Great spot right on the beach

Amazing! Back porch is right on the beach. Two best restaurants are walking distance. Location doesn't get better. High tide is pretty much under the house also which wad cool. Definitely would stay here again.

Honest review

The pictures of the property are probably a few years old. We arrived to find both gates were not attached to the deck, they were laying on the deck and rusted. There are no umbrellas on the deck as in the picture. Most importantly there is no central AC. The few window units are old and the main one downstairs was rusted and corroded. The unit would not get below 85 degrees. We left after he first night.

Do Not Rent this Beach House!

We experienced several issues during our Fourth of July trip - The lack of designated parking for renters of beach house is unacceptable and was not adequately described in the rental listing. Neither of our vehicles could park in the dangerous soft sand directly in front of the beach house. As a result, one of our vehicles was towed from what we were told was a public spot costing us $330. The four tiny window units (one of which was disintegrating on the outside) were barely able to keep the temperature in the beach house at a liveable level during the day. The ants were so bad that they were all over the kitchen and in the downstairs bed. We had to go buy ant spray. The hot water smells so strongly of sulphur that using the shower or sink made the house unbearable due to the stench. The beach house only sleeps a MAX of 4 people comfortably. If more than the two beds are needed, someone will be uncomfortable. Also, the wifi signal was very weak causing internet connection issues. Other than that, it was great.

Great oceanfront property!

We really enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for our little family since we had little kids and we’re up/down from the beach all day. The balcony views were excellent and The kids enjoyed the upstairs loft with a tv for them and although it was a touch warm during the day, the nights were breezy and comfortable.
