This is a beach cottage in the hamlet of Pine Neck in Sag Harbor. The location, across from a marina, and dock, also gives tenants a short walk to a beach, restaurants, and grocery store. It has a newly renovated bedroom and bathroom downstairs and loft bedroom upstairs. The kitchen is also newly renovated with granite countertops, and ample cabinet space. The back deck includes an outdoor shower and large sitting area and dining area with a grill. There is an outdoor shower, parking for three cars, a grassy lawn and decorative landscaping. Appliances include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and full size gas range. The cottage has central air conditioning and all modern conveniences in a classic, cozy, fishing cottage setting.
