2 self-contained country homes with heated indoor swimming pool 8-12p

In a bucolic setting, we offer 2 independent adjoining accommodation (on the ground floor) with a private communal swimming pool reserved only for these 2 furnished tourist accommodation.
The space of the 2 accommodation is identical with 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and the other with 2 single beds that can be pushed together on request in advance to provide the corresponding duvet) + 1 bed of 160cm in the living room-room-kitchen area. The bedding is new.
The swimming pool has 2 protections for children: the retractable shelter and the fence. The 2 must be locked as soon as there is no adult supervision. It is open from May to September (subject to the weather / heated to 28 degrees thanks to the heat pump).
10 sunbeds and a corner sofa enhance this space. A heated outdoor shower is at your disposal before each bath so as not to put sun cream either in the water or on the walls of the shelter.
The kitchens are equipped with induction hob, small and large new appliances.
At the back of the land you will only have cows and chickens and sometimes a hare or a pheasant!
The village is a quiet heritage village with an arboretum and a playground for the little ones.
You will find the essential shops (pharmacy, bank, breweries...) 10 minutes away in Montreuil-sur-Mer, a Leclerc hypermarket with drive in Attin 8 minutes away. On the village square you will find a bread vending machine (except on Mondays). The farmer's drive "A 2 pas de la ferme" is located 4 minutes away by car. Ideally located 30 minutes from the beaches of Le Touquet, Berck, Stella, Merlimont and Ste Cécile, we are also 10 minutes from Montreuil sur Mer, a fortified town seen on Stéphane Bern's show of the most beautiful villages in France.
