Your Ocean front vacation house on water awaits you! Experience Key West staying above it's beautiful clear water. There is a little something for everyone from adventure seekers, to people who just want to get away and enjoy island life, wildlife, sunsets and water activities. From under the boat at any given time you might see many types of fish, stingrays, various crabs, starfish, octopus, lobsters, nurse sharks and even manatee from time to time! From above; view gorgeous sunsets, various sea birds catching their meals and even a military jet formation on occasion. Many great areas to kayak/paddleboard all starting from right off the boat. There are several miles of mangrove trails to view wildlife and fish or just simply get lost in nature. Kayak or paddle board up to Cow Key Marina restaurant as well as Hurricane Hole’s restaurant and grab some lunch.

This houseboat is a 2 bed, 1.5 bath with full kitchen/bar and relaxing livingroom. Off the front you have a covered patio with a ceiling fan and the spacious roof top deck with a complete bar top and fridge with great views of the bay.

The master bedroom has a king size bed as well as an on suite bathroom. The pullout sofa has a queen size bed.
With a memory foam mattress.

The kitchen is of regular size with standard size appliances plus dish washer so you have the usual comforts of home.

This unit also includes a washer and dryer.

NOTE # The houseboat is NOT to be moved from its slip.
It is a stationary floating cottage.

25th Anniversary

This was the perfect balance between serenity and island life vibes. Having our morning coffee on the back deck and seeing the starfish below was such a treat. It was serene and peaceful and our host Bill and his wife were so kind and informative about the local faves and places to go. Everything was so clean and we had everything we needed. We definitely Recommend this place and we will definitely be back!!

So Peaceful

We booked this hoping for a quiet stay away from a lot of people and boy did it deliver! Far enough away from the noise yet close enough to head into Key West within minutes. I can’t say enough about the location! We saw sharks and fished right off the boat itself! I would definitely recommend this for a couple looking for quiet and relaxation!

Peaceful retreat

This house boat is located in a local neighborhood, but once on the boat, the view of the water and the mangroves was beautiful. Our host provided some SUPs, and we enjoyed exploring the wildlife and the marinas nearby. It was very quiet at night, so we could relax. We also rented some bikes so we could get to some restaurants, such as Matt's Kitchen and Bar. Roostica was another great restaurant nearby.

I have nothing bad to say. The house boat and location were perfect. So much wildlife can be seen right from the boat. Bill, Stephanie, and her husband were amazing to deal with and offered recommendations on places to eat drink and visit. Short Uber/taxi ride to town. Very responsive! My only complaint is we didn’t stay there longer!! We will 100% be back!

Awesome Adventure on Stock Island

This was our first houseboat adventure and I cannot say enough except to say 5 days was too short. We will be back in 2024 for 2 weeks. Stock Island takes you 10 minutes out of Key West and is peaceful. The Island has great food and you can venture into Key West for Happy Hour and to check out the scene. The view from the top deck of our houseboat was fantastic and we did not want to leave. Thank you Bill and his manager Stephanie!

Amazing and unique!

This houseboat is an amazing and unique place to stay while in the Keys! We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets from the upper deck. The inside was beautiful and spacious - we love to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. The king bed was incredibly comfortable and I loved having coffee in the morning with a beautiful view of the water. The location is convenient for getting to anything in Key West but provides a quiet, private retreat. The owner was incredibly helpful throughout booking and our stay.

Much needed get away - perfection!

This past March was our second stay on Stock Island. Our visit this year was simply ideal for a relaxing, stressfree stay on this magnificant house boat. Ben, Bill and Wendy made us feel so very welcome. They were available to assist us with any questions and/or concerns. There house boat was located in a beautiful marina basin, we rented paddle boards/kayaks for the week right there at the marina. Each morning (if not too windy) we took the kayaks out and enjoyed the mangroves and relaxing waters. It is only a short drive into Key West to stock up the kitchen for the week, also don't forget to go to the French Bakery near Roostica - fresh pastries to enjoy with your coffee in the morning while sitting on the deck just outside of the bedroom- breath in the fresh air - ahhh perfection! Can't wait to go back next year. Thanks to Bill, Wendy and ever so helpful, Ben!

Jumbo houseboat

Great experience. Tucked away in a locals neighborhood but once you’re on the boat - AMAZING. Sunset views, catching breakfast off the back deck, short hop to KW and even shorter to Stock Island restaurants, bike rentals, and food trucks. Big king bed with the sound as your footboard. Good kitchen. Tons of space and a roof top sun deck. Billy (and Ben) we’re social, fun, and responsive. Consummate hosts - all about us being happy. We’ll be back!

We had an amazing time on this house boat. We're still talking about our trip 2 weeks later! Pictures online are exactly as the property appears. This was such a comfortable place to stay and the sunset views off the back are amazing, no need to trek to Mallory Square! Bill was so pleasant to deal with and was very concerned that our stay was up to our expectations. We will be returning next January when it's cold and snowy in VA.

Island birthday get-away

We loved the houseboat and Bill and his assistant Ben were super hosts and helped make our daughter's 21st birthday unforgettable. We took advantage of the grill a few nights and fixed breakfast onboard in the mornings. We Cycle (within walking distance) was easy hookup for standard and electric-assist bikes and biked all over Key West for three days, refilling our F at Tuesday daiquiri cups and testing out museums, key lime pie, live musicians (some may have been in drag) and museums. Would definately stay here again. So quiet and peaceful. Adult kids rented a scooter and Jet Ski. Recommend five sixes taxi service as well. EASY to get to the airport. Once the hot water system is engaged, give it about 15 minutes, then you are good to go, make sure to turn off after use.

Perfect everything

This houseboat was a perfect getaway for us. Beautiful view, great hosts, great boat. The hosts quickly took care of anything we needed or asked. The location was great, your not stuck in downtown or in a busy crowded area, with easy access from right across the bridge, we even biked into town and all over the island. Even used DoorDash for dinner. The boat and the view steal the show. From sun up to sunset you have a great private suite on the waterfront with a view that is to die for.

The houseboat was great, clean, etc. A little confusing as to how to enter the property, but the owner helped to explain all that. Place is on Stock Island was very nice and convenient to restaurants and bike rentals. For guests like myself who aren't familiar with a bug called no-see-ums, don't be outside at dusk if there's no wind. They're so tiny, you can't see them, hence the name, and they bite. These things live near water anywhere, so just be aware- if there's no wind, and you're outside at dusk, wear pants or use bug spray or you'll get lots of bites. That was my mistake. The property is very nice and I would stay there again.

Best stay right on the water!

Nothing better than staying right on the water and this boat was perfect! Nice finishes and plenty of room, quiet nights and beautiful morning views. Be ready for a rooster call to rise and shine! Couldn't have asked for a better anniversary get-a-way spot. We rented bicycles to conveniently get around the island and enjoyed kayaking around the crystal clear water of the Cow Key channel. Bill was great to meet and deal with as an owner and we hope to rent from him again at other properties.

Key West without the chaos!

We had an amazing trip. I highly recommend renting the paddle boards as the mangrove trails start right off the back of the boat. It was wonderful to be close to everything without needing to be in the middle of everything. We will absolutely be back to experience the amazing sunset off the back porch!

Private Marina, House Boat, Dream Stay!

We could not have been more satisfied staying on Bill's house boat. This is a beautiful boat, you are in a private marina area, it was quite, beautiful views looking out the back or on the top deck. The boat had everything we needed or wanted. The king bed was very comfortable with extra pillows just how we love it. The first night we went to the back of the boat and you could see all kind of fun star fish, we saw some octopus moving about, fish, and then THE SHARKS... it was so AMAZING. We were able to walk down to Cow Key Marina and rented a boat for a day, tied up on the dock, was able to load up are stuff it was just perfect. Bill was so helpful and made sure we were fully taken care of. Even while he was on vacation in out of state. We will definitely be staying again as soon as possible, I cannot wait to bring my kids down to stay! I can really not say enough good things about this host or the rental. We even fished off the top deck, put the poles in the water, sat on the sun deck, had some cocktails, and listened to music... until we CAUGHT A BABY SHARK it was the highlight of my trip and of course we tossed him back in :-). Just trust me, this is rental will make your vacation in Key West, FL. Thank you Bill & Tolar!

Better than we hoped for!

Very unique experience, private and beautiful. The host was excellent. The houseboat was nice and just as advertised. Paddle board, kayak, swim, do it all from here. See all kinds of fish, starfish and more from the patio. We loved it. Thanks to the host Bill and his crew
