Come and enjoy lakefront charm in this clean, cozy condo! Located in Emmetsburg, Iowa, this 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom new rental is perfect for families, romantic getaways or a weekend of ice fishing!

Enjoy gorgeous views facing the south beach of Five Island Lake, which is Iowa's ninth largest natural lake! The lake is great for swimming, boating, kayaking or floating! This is the perfect setting, whether you're planning to use the cabin as your base camp while you explore Emmetsburg and the surrounding areas or decide to stay in, relax, and unwind.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the brand new outside patio facing the lake!

Fun for all ages! Located just blocks from Soper Park, restaurants, coffee shops, the movie theatre, convenience stores, local pubs and The Shores- a popular wedding venue with a public golf course.

Feeling lucky? Try your hand at the Blackjack tables at The Wild Rose Casino. Or grab the beach chairs and towels that are provided and head across the street for a day in the sun!

This newly renovated condo comes with a kitchen, fridge, microwave, TV, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, Keurig coffee maker, outdoor grill & more! There is queen bed in each bedroom with a sofa in the living room.

We are pet-friendly but please let us know if you plan to bring yours, as we do charge an additional fee of $25 per day.

The only 'bad part' of the visit was caused by vrbo, NOT the host. They advertise the price as "all fees included" and then the total is 50 to 60 dollars higher.Great location and view. There is quiet street between the vrbo and the lake. My wife was sitting in the living room enjoying the view early the first morning of our stay and enjoyed seeing a deer casually walking down the street.Very clean and comfortable.Would have been nice to have met the host in person.

Too much dog hair. I’m allergic to dogs and had to take extra meds. Could not watch TV as no channels except one and all it played was 48 Hours over and over. We had planned to do nothing on Saturday but watch movies! And eat pizza! It was pricey for the time of year. We did find something to do and would probably come back to Emmetsburg but stay in a Hotel. Thank you.
