Modern 3 Bedroom Executive House by Spirit

Minimalist modern styled 3 Bedroom with plenty of space.

Less than 3 miles from Spirit Aerosystems and only 8 from McConnell Air Force Base.

15 minute drive to Downtown Wichita.

Really clean. Super quiet. Beds comfortable but low to the ground. No lamps in the bedrooms but phone light helped. Overall very satisfied. Would stay again. Jon super easy to work with.

Quiet & Peaceful

If you’re looking for a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood for your stay this is the place. Owner responds quickly if you have questions. I’m a homebody and the local restaurants deliver using 3rd party delivery service. I will definitely return if business calls again.

For the price this was a great option for my family to stay in town while visiting relatives. It is very minimalist with just enough of the things you’d need for up to 6 people staying but nothing extra. My only complaint is that the windows had no curtains and this made it difficult to block the light out for kids nap time and early bedtime. We ended up taping a sheet up over the window so it was ok. Would not deter me from staying here again. Something to note for fellow travelers: the floors in the entire house are polished concrete so pack house slippers or thick socks if you get cold feet easily

Neat place to stay

I was surprised how low the beds were to the floor, but I had no problem getting in or out. As an elderly person I do feel a grab bar for stepping in and out of the shower would be very helpful. Glad you had coffee and creamer on site.

This fit our needs nicely but did not love that the fans, bathroom lights, and shower door tops were filthy. Also, there were lots of spider webs with a large spider that decided to pay us a visit - not a fan. The walls are paper thin and we heard the neighbor puking all night long. We were provided 4 bleached towels for 5 people, which made this difficult. My husband and I had to share a towel for the days we were there with no extras available.

Neutral review, check in was easy, good communication, when entering the place is nice, clean and open, the first thing we noticed was the refrigerator opens the wrong way making it awkward in the kitchen. The bedroom (we only used 1) has a King bed and 2 side tables, the other 2 rooms have 1 twin and 1 nightstand, beds are very low to the ground, NO lamps anywhere so you must use the overhead light, shelves in closets to put clothes or things on, nothing to set luggage on other than the bed. There are no extra pillows or blankets, but do have extra towels for shower. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided along with iron and board. The kitchen has coffee pot (coffee and creamer provided), microwave, rang and fridge, dishes and utensils provided. LR has a sofa, glass coffee table, TV on the wall, no lamps, just the overhead light. Over all, this rental is a basic no frills place to stay. If you’re looking for a comfortable homey place to relax, lounge and hangout? You will be disappointed. But if you’re wanting a quiet place to work, sleep, eat out or Uber Eats? This is a place for you, there is a garage but not accessible.
