In the centre of the old town of Vrbnik, this modern holiday apartment is spread over three floors.



On the ground floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom, while the kitchen and dining area are on the first floor. The living room and a wonderful terrace are located on the top floor. Thanks to its favourable location, you can reach the sea in just a few minutes on foot, where you can spend pleasant hours in and around the water. A visit to the excellent restaurants and wineries in the area is highly recommended, as the village is famous for its wines and sparkling wines. Or take a day trip to the world-famous Baka beach, which is around 2 kilometres long.

Alles in allem ist es eine einzigartige Ferienwohnung über 3 ! Etagen, ca.

Alles in allem ist es eine einzigartige Ferienwohnung über 3 ! Etagen, ca. 200 m zum Zentrum mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Apotheke, Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Vinothek und Restaurants). Die Küche (1.OG) ist nahezu vollständig ausgestattet und das im EG befindliche Schlafzimmer (nebst Bad) ist angenehm kühl. Die Dachterrasse (2.OG) gewährt einen tollen Meerblick und ist (fast) uneinsehbar. Dort lässt sich nach einem anstrengenden Strandtag weiter relaxen und durch die enge "Häuser-Durchfahrt" kann man wunderbar verzweifelte Autofahrer von oben lotsen... macht echt Spaß und man lernt einige Leute kennen. Die Besitzerin Katarina ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - und immer per WhatsApp zu erreichen. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung. Wir kommen wieder.
