Summary:

Modern, luxurious and prime location. All three in one just for you. Open plan, with top of line king size mattress for a great night sleep.Including a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The bedroom has privacy and is divided by a wall. There is also a living space with sofas and a kitchen table. Everything you need to make your stay feel like a home away from home. We would also love for you to enjoy your outside space and the view FirSix has to offer.



The Neighborhood:

We are on the corner of Fir St and Sixth Avenue in San Diego. Right across Sixth Avenue is Balboa Park, one of the top destination attractions San Diego has to offer. You will find amazing Museums surrounded by gorgeous gardens. Walking through Balboa Park you will also find a lot of local vendors and artists. You can do your morning run at the park and enjoy Sunny San Diego. Conveniently located on sixth avenue and a CVS a block away from outside of the building. You will be within walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops.

San Diego Zoo,

San Diego International Airport

Seaport Village,

Little Italy,

Gaslamp Quarter,

and San Diego Convention Center are minutes away by car or a short Uber/Lyft ride.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is ideal anywhere in California but not necessary when staying at this apartment. You will find many things are at a walking distance or short Uber/Lyft ride. Electric Scooters available around the building and you can ride or walk to Downtown San Diego, Little Italy and Balboa Park Museums. The San Diego airport is 2.4 miles to our apartment, that is usually a couple minutes’ drive.
