About this accommodation:

50m from the beach of La Banche and the shopping street offering bakery, press, mini-market, restaurants, souvenirs, bars and the pretty Friday market, this former small fisherman's house, extended over the years and renovated, combines modernity and some traces of the past. A small private passage leads you to the heart of the village. No need for a tide clock, taking a look out of the upstairs window will be enough to know the programme: swimming, walking to the island of the Hebians or fishing?

Accommodation:
This rental is composed of:
• An entrance with laundry area (washing machine) + a service door to access a small terrace as well as the path giving direct access to the Place Landouar.
• A living room combining dining room and living room with a sofa, a coffee table and a television area.
• A fully equipped open kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction hob + plenty of storage...)
• A separate toilet under the stairwell.
• A master suite on the ground floor composed of a double bed (160*200) and a bathroom with a shower area (90*140), a towel dryer and 2 vanity units separated by a storage shelf.
• A bedroom upstairs (2 people), facing south with a small sea view, consisting of a bunk bed (90*190) of 2 beds + a wardrobe and 2 storage drawers.
• A bedroom upstairs (2 people), facing west with a small sea view, consisting of a double bed (140*200) and its storage drawers. It has an open dressing room and a console that can be used as a workspace.
• A bathroom upstairs with a shower, a vanity unit, a heated towel rail and a toilet area.
• A south-facing terrace with a solar shower area.
• A parking space
• Miscellaneous equipment: vacuum cleaner, television, internet, garden furniture.

Rental
 July and August 2024: Saturday to Saturday - arrival 3:00 PM departure 10:00 AM - 800€/week
 September 2024 to June 2025: minimum of 2 consecutive nights - rate from 90€ to 115€ per night

Jolie maison au bord de mer

jolie maison, cosy et idéalement située dans laquelle on se sent bien dès l'arrivée. Nous avons été conquis par les paysages Nous nous disions que nous reviendrions volontiers avec plaisir autant en saison qu'en arrière saison.
