We returned for a second time

This home is fantastic for two families like ours. Very nice accommodations and the owners are very responsive. The location is amazing if you like a front row view of the Tetons. We will be back!

Grand Targhee Ski Trip

Had a great ski trip and this house worked well for us. Only a couple of annoying things about his home were the fact they didn’t disclose the fireplace was out of service prior to our stay and all the kitchen appliances and cookware/utensils where likely the cheapest products available. When paying a nightly rate that this home had, we expected more value in this department. Items were functional but from the knives to spatulas to wine openers, every item seemed to be the cheapest available. Other than these annoyances, we had a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing visit . We had plenty of room in the home along with playing pool and ping pong . For a group of 7 it was very spacious with all the rooms . The drive to Jackson hole was about an hr but what a scene to see every morning and evening

Winter Retreat in the Country

We had a wonderful time with family, cooking, playing games, a giant pool tournament, hiking the Ashton-Tetonia trail (in the snow), skiing Grand Targhee and shopping in Jackson Hole. The kids enjoyed snow fort building in the ample amount of land around the house. It was a great value for the size and number of beds. We had a couple of household maintenance issues however the hosts were extremely responsive in getting it reconciled quickly. The home was clean and basically new. As long as you don't mind the drive to the various places, it will be a great stay. I don't recommend daily trips to Jackson from here as that would become tedious, however daily trips to Grand Targhee are very easy! Thanks for a fun vacation!

I am part owner of an adventure travel company called Wildland Trekking - we take guests on all-inclusive trekking adventures throughout the USA and the world. We purchased this property as a base for our Yellowstone program, which also includes the surrounding mountain ranges.

This beautiful property serves several important functions for our business - our staff live here in the summer, we house llamas seasonally, as owners we enjoy using the property in the off season, and we rent it out through Airbnb and VRBO to tourists, hunters, skiers and others.

We take great pride in taking amazing care of the house and the property, which we're sure you'll see is evident. If you book with us, we hope you enjoy the area and home as much as we do - it really is stunning!

Why they chose this property

This house is beautiful. The people who built it (one owner before us) thought of almost everything. It is very well decorated, comfortable, luxurious in many ways, and yet has a very "country" feel. With its great size (3600 ft2), ability to host large groups (up to 12), amazing views of the Tetons, rural ambience, and proximity to the mountains (including Grand Targhee Ski Resort), it is a wonderful choice for your next mountain vacation.

What makes this property unique

The beautiful, rural setting and breathtaking views of the Tetons are the most unique benefits to this home. However, what really makes it unique is how it combines these elements with a very luxurious, modern, cozy feel.
